Barcelona is our go-to European destination city. We like to cook some meals in, shop the local markets, so we usually have stayed in a AirBnB type rental rather than a hotel. But we've never stayed anywhere as PERFECT as this penthouse in this location. First - location is ideal. Sant Antoni Market is just up the road and south a fabulous asset to the community. And restaurants in the area - from popular neighbourhood local eateries and tapas bars, to Michelin starred gourmet restaurants within blocks, it's a gastronomic adventure at very turn. Easy walking to nearly anywhere in the city you would want to go, or super easy-access to the metro station right outside the door. The building is old and has character. The rental office is right on-site and staffed daily by the friendliest team of lovely people. There is every amenity one could use, a well-stocked kitchen that included a few essentials, complimentary coffee, beer, soft-drinks... and the place is maintained and cared for with every consideration for the guests. And the penthouses themselves, so beautiful - each one a bit different, (as we stayed in each), and both with terrific views, spacious outdoor terraces, for the best Barcelona indoor/outdoor living you could imagine. A 5 star recommendation!!
On a personal note, we felt so fortunate to meet the building's owner and have his enthusiastic insider recommendations and assistance with a late reservation in an exceptional nearby restaurant of the best quality, (and also so reasonably priced). What a gift. We also were a quick walk up Montjuic for a nostalgic look at the swimming pool where my partner won a gold medal at the Barcelona Olympics. Clearly for us, this was a special trip, and made more-so by our exceptional penthouse apartment on Ronda San Pau.

We stayed here for a hen do and had two apartments, prior to our arrival the communication with Hector was amazing, even when we were here. On arrival there were drinks in the fridges, and on the day of check out we were able to keep one of the apartments on until 5:30pm free of charge. The apartments were both immaculate and the roof top has amazing views. The kitchens had everything you could think of and towels were all provided. The location was good for us, 10 minute walk from la Rambla and a nice stroll from the beach. This apartment defiantly made our stay perfect. Will defiantly be returning.

This apartment is just amazing. It’s in a fab location, close to metro, restaurants and supermarket and within walking distance of beach and Ramblas The apartment was spotlessly clean and Francesco was just great. He showed us how everything worked and was just so helpful. There were complimentary cans of pop and beer in the fridge, and also dishwasher tablets, salt, oil, Nespresso pods and creamers etc. The little extras that just meant everything had been thought of. Downstairs there is a locker room with showers, lockers and complimentary drinks just in case you arrive early or have a late flight. We were lucky that when we arrived the apartment was ready and we could keep until 1pm on day of departure, Francesco really did go above and beyond. Carla was also amazing arranging private transfers to and from airport (there were 5 of us) which was cheaper than ones we had looked into ourselves. The tv came with Netflix, Prime and Disney. What was lovely though was that throughout the stay I got text messages just touching base to check all was ok. Everything was just great but I know if something wasn’t right it would have been sorted straight away.

We went to Barcelona for 4 days, very lucky we found stay together Barcelona apartment , it was amazing . Before we arrived , they already contacted us and gave us all the useful info about transportation , restaurant recommendations etc. When we arrived, Alvaro welcomed us, he also explained everything in details, everything was so well prepared in the flat ; coffee and even coffee cream, welcome beer and welcome coke , even kitchen tissues , oil/ sugar / salt etc , it’s a very well stocked kitchen for the guests. I have to say it’s the best ever apartment we have stayed in. The apartment is spacious , they upgraded us from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom apartment , 2 bathrooms and we were very comfortable in the apartment . The apartment is very well cleaned . Alvaro also gave us some very good recommendations in restaurants as well as sightseeing routes. I would definitely recommend to everyone , and will stay there again and again when we come back to Barcelona . Thank you Alvaro, Carla and Mitica .

The apartment is beautiful and perfect in every detail and in a perfect position to visit the centre of the city, ready to host a large group of people. We have known Carla who is a very kind and available host, she stayed at the reception during the day and we could ask her infos. Moreover she offered us a welcome gift of cokes, beers and coffee pods. Each bedroom has a private balcony and very soft beds. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessary, even a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Two perfectly cleaned bathrooms with towels for each guest. The living room is furnished with smart tv and is a place where all guests can stay all together in comfortable chairs, armchairs and sofa. We hope to come back soon here.

Well located, great renewed palace. It was clear that the tenant put effort in organizing the accommodation in a straightforward way, matching perfectly the needs of international tourists. Perfect for groups of friends like in our case! Clean and very spacious. Also the lady at the reception was kind and attentive and the waiting room had everything required (plug in for charging, lockers, toilets, coffee machine etc). Highly recommended!!!

My group went to celebrate our friend’s 25th birthday in Barcelona and decided to stay here. This was an excellent apartment, with a fridge stocked full of beers and soft drinks, and furnished with comfortable beds. Carla is an incredible host who took every step to ensure our group had the perfect stay in Barcelona. From providing information on the major tourist spots to the best local restaurants, Carla made every effort to enhance our holiday experience.
The location is perfect for big groups, with Paralel metro station only being a 2 min walk away. There are several restaurants and quick bites available within walking distance, and the apartment is a half hour drive away from the airport. All in all, our group highly rated our stay at this apartment!

We were group of nine, 6 adults and 3 children. We had 4-bedroom apartmant with two bathrooms. Everything was great. Apartmant was big, very clean, comfortable with nice terrace. Kitchen had everything you need, even dishwasher, washing machin and dryer. Apartmant has great location, a minute from metro station. Hosts are helpful, they even organized airport shuttle. I wish them all the best and reccomend stay in their apartments.

I booked this apartment based on reviews and location, but everything about staying here went above and beyond what I ever would have thought. Even from before we arrived, Andrea and Carla (the main hosts) were so attentive to our group and ensured we would have a smooth arrival. During our trip, they continued to check in and made us feel like we were the only visitors in their building. There are several units, but the attention you receive is top notch. The units are CLEAN and well stocked. It’s clear the owners take pride in their property and in sharing it with others. I think the biggest take away is how SAFE we felt all week. Aside from the neighborhood being safe, the building is locked and secured. The staff is very easily accessible on WhatsApp outside of their 10-6 monday to Friday working hours. I have already recommended this building to friends of mine, and I won’t be staying anywhere else when I return to Barcelona except for here. See you soon. -Danny, Andrea, and Kristin.

I chose this place because it was very comfortable in terms of services and location. The metro station “el parallel” is right under the building and the neighborhood is equipped with everything you need. Beyond this, however, I did not expect the exceptional welcome from Alvaro and all his amazing staff. They are really kind and friendly. The apartamens are very clean and with a modern style. The beds are comfortable and every kind of services are available: Wi-Fi , washing machine, Rooftop access with an amazing view over Barcelona (in particular the Sagrada Familia!) , Printer and so on.
I recommend it to everyone!!

We had a veggy daughter with us and it is difficult in Barcelona to find really good veggy restaurants. Lots of good places but not lots of choices for vegetarians
