The balcony view was of the Sagrada Familia! We love having space with a view. The location was very good for the Sagrada but pretty far from the old town and museums.
We liked that we could enter the building and go straight up to the apartment without tramping down long hallways, but it should be noted that you have to walk outdoors about a block and a half to the main building for breakfast. The breakafast was ok but when we had to leave early the 'sandwich' offering was pretty unappealing.
The living space was generous, but a little 'cold' in decor (black futon and molded plastic chairs); good kitchenette, very small bathroom but clean and everything worked. The bedroom was small but also worked. Closets were separate which is good for us so that one person could use the living room closet to get dressed while the other used the very small bedroom for dressing.
The front desk person seemed competent and was friendly.
We'd recommend it for anyone who wants a view of Sagrada, and a nice little easily accessed apartment nearby.
