The good sized and modern one bedroom apartments are on the south front corner and have balcony views all the way from Southport to Coolangatta. There are even beautiful beach/ocean views from every room in the apartment. The apartment included everything you would generally need, well serviced and clean. Perfectly located across the road from the beach, they are also an easy 10 minute scenic walk to all the shops and restaurants, plus nice and quiet. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

We were extremely happy with our accommodation at Boulevard Towers. Our room on the 15th floor had a fantastic ocean view extending down to Coolangatta. A balcony enabled us to enjoy the ocean view and soak in the atmosphere of Broadbeach. The unit was immaculate, clean and had everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen was great including a full size fridge, the bed very comfortable, a stylish bathroom, laundry and gorgeous lounge room furnished beautifully. The location is fantastic - directly opposite the beach. You can walk to Surfers Paradise in about 20 minutes, the Bowling club is 5 minutes away and the Broadbeach restaurant area is only a 10 minute walk. Perfect, once you park the car everything is close by. There are two heated pools, a BBQ area and Mini tennis court. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will be returning to enjoy more time on the Gold Coast in the future.

We were very happy with our two week stay here on level 10 apartment 38. The guy’s at the front desk were very flexible with our booking as we were unsure how long we needed to stay on, 1 week turned into 2 weeks and we couldn’t have been happier, very accommodating to our needs. Directly across from the beautiful beach, fantastic amenities, heated spa, heated outdoor and indoor pool as well as a sauna. Undercover parking is provided but if you can’t get your car under, like ours, then there is plenty of available parking out on the street or in the small visitors car park. Out on the street is not paid parking so you can get away with parking out there all night and most of the day. It says 3hr parking 9-5 but we got away with parking all day, although we did come and go a lot, but never had a problem finding a park when we returned. This place is spot on for it’s location to absolutely everything, Woolworths 700mt down the road, loads of restaurants and Pacific Fair and Star Casino also in walking distance, approx 1.5kms

We were so impressed with Boulevarde Towers, Broadbeach and its excellent location. Opposite and overlooking the beach, 5min walk to fabulous restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the light rail that takes you all the way up to Surfers and Southport and down to Pacific Fair shopping.
Well appointed, clean and modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Internal laundry with washer, dryer, ironing appliances, drying rack and tub. Very handy when the children are swim racing everyday. Modern full kitchen, dining and living surrounded by windows and 2 sliding glass doors, directly overlooking the beach and all the way down the beach to Coolangatta. Great big modern comfy lounges to seat a family. The wrap around balcony was perfect for sitting, enjoying a drink and watching the sun rise and set over the ocean and beach, from Broadbeach down to Coolangatta.
Bed linen and towels were all changed by the housekeeper half way through our stay. Such a lovely and unexpected touch!
The outdoor pool and spa is modern and fabulous with an abundance of outdoor sun lounges for all to enjoy. A great 'sun catch' area to relax.
We booked direct through Terry at Boulevarde Towers. He was so helpful and happy to help with any date changes we had in advance. Will be going back next year!! Recommend Boulevarde Towers to all. Donna

We stayed here Sept/Oct thinking that the renovations were over. They weren't. We were told they'd be probably finished by end of November. Even though we were given a top floor, 1 Bedroom unit, we could still hear jackhammering and drilling. Thankfully the noise did not last for our entire stay. When all the renovations are complete it will be great. The new balcony glass, windows and sliding doors to the apartments are fabulous. This will make this older building more modern. The nice pool area was not affected.
Having been initially upset about the renovations, we were happy to overlook this as the view is the best on the coast. We used to stay at these apartments many years ago and now remember why - THE VIEW !!! You can't go past it. I'd wake in the morning, open the curtains and there it was.....the whole ocean in front on you. Sit watching TV and again - the view outside. Even a view from the kitchen. This is what we came to the coast for. Each individual apartment is fitted out differently. Ours was semi-renovated and modern apart from the bathroom that needed updating. We enjoyed walking to Kurrawa for lunch, walking to the restaurants nearby and of couse walking straight across the street to the beach. To top off a lovely break, we saw 2 days running, WHALES!!!! They were literally tail slapping in the ocean right in front of our apartment. Take your binoculars with you. I couldn't stop looking for them all the time we were there. In all we had a lovely stay here.

We booked a specific apartment here back in Sept because I had seen it on Instagram. I loved the decor & was keen on the view. So I paid a deposit & locked it in!
But a few weeks before our arrival I was told the apartment was no longer available & the deposit had been refunded. I was outraged
They offered another option but it was no where near as nice. We decided to book anyway because of the late notice there wasn’t much accommodation left on the Gold Coast.
From the moment we arrived I was disappointed. The place was pretty filthy - all the way from the bedroom, to bathroom, to kitchen. The bed is very old. There’s no aircon in the bedroom & on stinking hot nights it was like a sauna.
During our stay our bedroom window almost fell out, because it was off the tracks. There was a deafening whistle from it every night. Finally someone came to fix it on day 3. Then the light on the balcony exploded one night. Water was getting into the fitting due to dodgy concrete from the floor above. This short circuited all lights in our apartment, so we walked around in the dark until someone fixed it almost 24hours later.
Then when we checked out we accidentally left an item in the room. We called within an hour because we were still nearby. The cleaner had removed it from the room but not handed it in. It’s now gone..
The views are incredible. You could spend hours gazing at the water, but I’m afraid that’s about it.

Each of our apartments are individually owned and unfortunately the particular owner of the apartment you booked in was unable to accomodate you on those particular dates, we were very sorry to have had to advise you of this and provided you with the full refund. We then sent you photos of other apartments for you to stay in, you advised that you were happy with the replacement apartment. As you have expressed that on arrival you were not impressed with the cleanliness of this apartment, we have passed your feedback on to our housekeeping team. The dates you stayed were especially rainy and unfortunately this effected the electricity and the windows, it was unfortunate that we were not able to get someone to fix the window sooner, however once again this was out of our control and had we been able to, we would have fixed it immediately. Regarding the items left in the room, unfortunately, our housekeepers were unable to find anything left behind. We do hope that we are able to accomodate you again and give you a more pleasant and memorable stay," We look forward to your response and approval,

1 is being VERY generous! Orange blankets stained & torn. I had to clean the whole unit..we thought of just walking out but had paid for 2 weeks at $280 per night so had to make the best of a very poorly presented UNIT 18!! Crockery & cutlery all mix matched..I have photos you would not believe..The plastic tidy in the bathroom held together by the tidy bags..seriously a new one $3 from Kmart!! Main glass top table and glass top cupboard in bedroom had dust and dried ring stains from drinking glasses..not been cleaned from when last occupied. Management were not at all interested when I spoke to them..just raised eyebrows and “shouldn’t be like that”..I would not recommend this place and it is not like the internet shows..

This was our second time returning to Boulevard Towers. Room was once again immaculately clean - easy access from the basement to the apartment and everyone at the front desk is just so easy to deal with. Great location as well - a good 10 minute walk into the heart of Broadbeach but if you want to escape the traffic and the noise this location is ideal. Also the pool / spa facilities here are brilliant - really clean, good water temp and lovely garden surrounds. Bring on stay #3!!

We stayed here as a family of four for 9 nights and it was simply the best! We have stayed in a number of places on the Gold Coast but Boulevard Towers tops the lot. Incredible views, newly refurbished, spacious apartments, and exceptional customer service. Not to mention the wonderful facilities such as the swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis court and beach toys. The location is perfect, 5-10 min walk to all of the cafes, bars and restaurants. And with the beach just across the road you don’t need a car. We will certainly be back, we miss you already! These are great apartments for a beachside holiday. Whether you decide on 1 bedroom or two bedrooms, you still get the fabulous views of the Beach ( north and south ) and the Ocean. No matter what the weather, I could sit and watch the view all day..... and I practically did! haha Take your binoculars !!! We were lucky enough once again to spot whales from our balcony, on our first afternoon there.
The photos on the website are accurate - some units have newer bathrooms and kitchens than others and ofcourse decorated differently, too.
The apartments are well situated within a lovley walk to the park, shops, cafes and Kurrawa Surf Club and ofcourse the beach is across the road. The pool was great and we certainly enjoyed yet another stay at Boulevard Towers. Thanks Terry and family.
