Stayed here on a business trip for 3 nights. The hotel is gorgeous, great location, within walking distance to The Mall on 16! My room was HUGE with a large king bed, closet, flatscreen TV and work area etc. The bathroom was also fantastic! A large bath, 2 sinks and a large shower which was stand alone and not in the bath (which is a nice change!)

I only went to the bar one night, but the staff we're very polite and friendly. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the doorman to the checkin desk.

Only downside was the WiFi - you either had to pay a steep charge for access or sign up to the rewards club and get it for free! The internet overall was BRUTAL! There were 3 different WiFi access areas - the lobby, the conference rooms and then for the bedrooms in the higher up floors! I tried all 3 and they were all brutal!

I would highly recommend this hotel - just sort out the WiFi issue, and maybe provide it for free :)

This was my first time staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Denver. I stayed on the Club Level floor (floor 12) in a standard King room. The room was very nice. I opted for the Club level because it has food and drinks available pretty much throughout the day and I was in town on business so didn't want to have to wait around for room service or eat at a restaurant. The Club lounge was truly outstanding. The staff there (thanks Julie!) were extremely attentive and made you feel at home. The breakfast and lunch options were excellent and quick. I never had to pay for a meal except I chose to dine at Elways twice while I was there. Elways was amazing as well, I will do a separate review for them. The concierge (Patricia) was outstanding. She arranged to have Enterprise car rental bring a Chevy Tahoe right to the hotel for me so it was completely hassle free. The daily rate with the $25 damage insurance was $154 which I felt was more than reasonable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I come to Denver. The only disappointing thing was that I was unable to get a later checkout but it is President's Day weekend so I figured that would happen even for Marriott Bonvoy Gold members. But standard checkout was noon so it wasn't the end of the world. I was able to kill the extra time in the Club lounge while waiting to leave for the airport, so it was very comfortable.

What a perfect place to stay in Denver. This is right downtown in the middle of it all, but it is also very quiet, so you get a good night’s rest. We stayed for two nights and it was such an enjoyable experience. Super comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. We ordered food to the room, both breakfast and dinner, and it was served on a nice table which fit great in front of the sofa so we could eat comfortably in the room. The food and service were wonderful, and the steak especially delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I loved everything about The Ritz. The customer service was top notch. Staff greeted you when you came in and out of the lobby. They had flavored water in the lobby, free bottles of water. My room was so nice. The bed was comfortable, it was clean, the bathroom was huge. THe staff was so helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the Ritz if your in Denver.

I am not sure where to begin. We called ahead to make sure that they were fully open as this was our first trip since covid struck. I was told that the only thing not in operation was the Club Floor. I specifically asked about the fitness center, since the website said you had to go to a remote place. No, I was assured that the website needed to be updated, the fitness center was fully open.

We arrived with a room booked for a city view, and we looked out over a parking lot. They had given our room to someone else. The restaurant wasn't serving breakfast, you had to call ahead to ask for your room to be serviced, and the room was lacking the traditional amenities - no minibar, no bathroom items, no pen/paper, etc. But, the crowning blow was when we went down to the fitness center and were told that it was closed for four days "for a private event".

Most times when we complained, the management team plainly lied to us. As an example, we called on Friday night about the room not being what we asked and paid for, and were told that the manager would call us on Saturday. As we were out that whole day, I called Sunday morning, and the manager on duty said that she knew that she was supposed to call me but wanted to wait to ensure that she wouldn't wake me up. Other times, I would be told that housekeeping would come at a set time, and they just wouldn't show up.

Having waited so long to travel, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I have crossed Ritz Carlton off of my list of good hotel properties. This was awful. And, wish I had also realized that the location is not particularly central - sort of on the outside of town.

I would check out the Four Seasons!

Reservations were made under my Amex Centurion. Having been a Starwood Member since the days of the Sheraton Club, I always make a point of staying at St Regis or Ritz Carlton. Today, this is my first visit as a Bonvoy member under Marriott management.

Incredibly disappointing from check-in to check out. I expected a level of professionalism and guest relations from previous visits but did not exist this time.

Upon arrival and check-in, I was informed there is no reservations and it was canceled. There was no explanation as to how it happened or assisted me in offering a room. I was basically told, "no reservation exists."

I called Amex Centurion who called the desk directly and arranged for a room for me. The whole process took about 45 minutes to wait in the lobby for the front desk to confirm.

Upon entering my room, it visually appeared as being "dated" and need refurbishing. Upon closer inspection, I found the toilet paper holder falling off the wall; the light above the toilet about to fall out, the safe did not work properly, and the faucets in the bathroom were not properly aligned.

Upon check out, I was not greeted a good morning. And there was never an inquiry as to how my stay was at this property. Oh well.

Yes, I saw things in detail and this should not be the case with the Ritz Carlton and the rate per night I paid. See the supporting pictures below.

Will I return? It will be a very easy choice not to return or trust other Ritz Carlton properties.

Will I recommend Ritz Carlton? At this time, the Four Seasons, Peninsula, and Mandarin Oriental have a higher level of luxury accommodation compared to what I have experienced at this property.

So my wife and I booked a club level room for the couple of nights while we were visiting our son. We arrived around noon and were very pleased that not only was our room ready but they had upgraded us to a suite. That was a double bonus and especially since we had spa appointments shortly after we arrived. So that allowed us to get in our room and change before heading to the spa. The spa by the way was very nice and appreciated after a half day of traveling. We were very relaxed that evening.

The suite they put us in was very well appointed. It had a separate living area and bedroom area. It had a mini-fridge and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was amazing with separate sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate water closet. We loved the suit, it worked real well for us.

We were on the 8th floor and the club lounge was on the 12th floor. It was very well appointed as well and very rich and cozy. The staff in there was great. Cassidy and Bella took real good care of us. They made it a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Food and drink selection was plentiful and good.

We had a very great stay and we will be coming back to visit our son so I am sure we will be back at the Ritz.

I always love a good Ritz-Carlton! The staff is very nice here and there are little treats throughout the stay like mimosas in the lobby. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was lovely. It was around my birthday, so they loaded up our room with a dessert and balloons which was super cute. The location is very good and you can walk all over the city easily.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, on a Monday night. We stayed in a suite which was quite spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated, therefore we were quite happy with the room. We wanted to book a room with club lounge access, but bizarrely the club lounge is only open Thursday to Sunday at this hotel - which seems counterintuitive to me, since the hotel seems to be catering mostly to business travelers. During our stay, we only interacted with the front desk, bell desk and the car valet, and we experienced no issues, professional service exactly as we expected. We ate at the on-site restaurant, Elway's, both at dinner and breakfast. Other than the evening host exhibiting some irritation upon us asking to be given a different table, everything went fine at the restaurant, typical steakhouse food and very good selection of breakfast foods. The location of the hotel is not very special (neither is downtown Denver for that matter), kind of at the edge of the downtown area next to an empty huge lot, with quite a few homeless people in sight (who posed no threat to anyone to be fair). We will definitely return if we need to spend one or more nights in Denver again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days for a very special occasion. First, they would not give us rooms we’d reserved on club floor and said they would give us “complimentary upgrade” to a suite 5 floors below. Sirens blared all night, WiFi did not work, ice machine not working, front desk staff trying to do concierge jobs, no housekeeping one day at all and we were told we had privacy sign on the door which we did not. The restaurant though which we ate at 3 times was excellent. Very disappointed in this hotel.
