Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Me and my family were here to celebrate the reveillon party 2016/2017. The Hotel is very enjoyable. Is there many options for adults and childrens, included pools, restaurants, adventures tours, fishing and others. The breakfast and the lunch are good, more with a have little of diversity. Well, i consider a good option for a weekend and it´s near of the Brasília/DF.

First of all, the people that run the operation are really nice. We had some brief issues in the beginning to make sure we got the reservation - they didn't answer one of our emails on the same day and I had trouble making contact by phone, but ultimately no big issue. It was important that they took very seriously our request for quietest room possible - we got room 9, if my memory serves me right.

It's a bit of an unusual place, as it's too small to be resort, too big to be charming hotel. And the tendency is for the hotel to grow, as they were pretty close to finishing a very large new building (with 110 rooms - like 5 times the current size) that will focus on events and is a little bit further away from the original set of more charming buildings.

There is a nice leisure area and, a rarity, a pretty good lap pool. I expect it'll be better if we return, as a new spa was being finished and the dry sauna would also go into operation. The wet sauna is adequate & too bad there's only 1 ofuro bath.

Our rate included breakfast - which is adequate, though it starts late considering it`s a country hotel (I believe it was at around 8 a.m.) - and lunch, which is especially good on Saturday's - excellent feijoada! Dinner options were not too bad, though service the 1st of 2 nights was lacking a bit. One night it was all you can eat pasta, the other, pizza night. The caipirinha took forever the 1st night, but was delicious.

Now the pet-peeve issues: there was not enough reading lights in the room (but that's a common problem). We found the overall maintenance a little bit rundown - hotel is not so old, but if they don't pay attention, it'll look very old soon. The room phone didn't work too well either, though since there's no room service, it wasn't such a big issue. There is no "no smoking" area in the dinner restaurant, but fortunately there are less and less smokers around.

But ultimately what I will recall is that we felt out of the city not 1 hour away from home, enjoying an ofuro to the sound of cows, watching goats march by as we played snooker.

Last, but not least, don't forget to ask for a free golf cart tour of the grounds - that was fun! And ask for them to show you the way to a nature walk, which is a bit hidden near the new spa area.

A friend and I attended an event at Vila Velluti, and we spent 3 nights there. While the grounds were beautiful, our room was less than desirable. We had 3 beds, but only 1 towel and no hangers. When we asked for hangers, we were told that there were none. Luckily, they provided towels, which we needed since our bathroom was flooded during the entire stay due to a leaky sink and toilet. Worst of all, our room lacked light-blocking shades, so we slept poorly all 3 nights. My friend also had trouble sleeping because the A/C was so loud (but at least it worked).

On the plus side, the staff was very nice, and the buffet meals were okay. Also, we enjoyed the pool.

Good morning Mrs. Claire . we welcome your comments, are very important to us, to seek improvements. We deeply regret that problems so simple to have been resolved have affected the quality of your hosting. Hangers have enough at the hotel, as well as the black out problem could have been provided if it had been requested. Undoubtedly the biggest problems was the language barrier .have sure that if you come to stay with us again we will be more careful with all items.

Not worth the amount you charge
Wouldn't come back
Old-fashioned accommodation and bad bedding
Breakfast: dried cakes, ice egg and ice cheese bread
Bad dinner, for the amount you charge should be better
The swimming pools that look pretty are cold, and the heated ones are closed and dirty.

The structure of the place is good, but the pools are extremely cold. There is only one hot one, which is covered and is crowded even out of season (which gives it a very dirty appearance).
They said that the infinity pool was semi-heated, which is not true.
The employees need to be trained, they treat guests very badly and with indifference. They don't know how to answer the hotel's own questions.
The dinner food is ok, but for breakfast everything is reheated and fruit is cooked.
We were going to stay longer, but we gave up.
In short, it's not worth the amount they charge.

The hotel has a fantastic structure, it has two toy libraries, everything is clean and organized. The employees don't even know the place they work, unfortunately.
The breakfast is weak with no variety, no flavor, dinner is reasonable. I would only go back for Day use.

Good hotel but needs improvement in many aspects. We stayed in a very spacious room but the toilet was very small, the seat was not comfortable. The staff worked without a smile. The room was reasonably clean, we had to ask to change the coffee cups and glasses that were dirty .
We ordered a steak snack by the pool, it came out very hard.
Reasonable dinner food. Needs more flavor.
There are changes to the schedule without prior notice.
Very good spa, but there were many children in the place of tranquility and relaxation.

Breakfast with a lot of variety, almost 7 types of very tasty cake, well worth it, good variety of fruits too.
Casa da Farinha offers afternoon tea, rain cakes, carrot cake with chocolate, cassava cake, cheese bread as well as tea, coffee and sugarcane juice. Very traditional, it reminds me of childhood.
Dinner doesn't even mention a variety of meat, fish, chicken, a rich variety of salad and even having the option of pasta, pizza or pasta depending on the day.

There are 2 heated indoor pools
And having 1 swimming pool
3 semi-heated swimming pools
4 medium cold
Second time I'm staying, the last time I went it was good, this time it's much better.
Their pub recently opened, which has live music, great old guitar songs.

Yes, there are things that need to be improved like the pillow and mattress, but not if they are all there, after all I stayed in a single room, but I still believe it is worth knowing.
Track Options
Horse riding
Live music at night
Sport fishing
Game with a popsicle in the pool for children.

I was staying on holiday, having the option of day use also for 95.00 with nothing included, which is also very worth it as the prices are not unrealistically expensive.
I believe that when the toy library is finished, for those who have children it will be a paradise for parents.
Very close to Brasilia.😍
