Rooms are spacious, with a separate living room and working space. Mini fridge and safe in the room. Odd number rooms (i.e., “1021” will face in the direction of the cathedral and therefore have a better view. Balcony in every room. Good buffet breakfast included, although it is usually very crowded. Friendly staff. Room service available. Across the street from Conjunto Nacional shopping center, with stores and fast food options. Beauty parlor in the same hotel building. Amenities scarce - just soap, shampoo and conditioner (no body lotion, shower cap, sewing kit, etc.) Hair dryer in room.

The comments I found here weren't all very positive but I decided to make my own opinion and booked a stay in this hotel for my last stay in Brasilia.
And I just LOVED it !!!!
Everything was perfect... Location - 2mn walk from the bus stop from the airport and next to a shopping center and the local bus station - room, staff - everyone speak English or they do their best to help you in English, breakfast is just excellent...

Chose this hotel for a six day stay because an excellent rate was offered. The breakfast buffet was included and could not have been better, huge choice, many courses. I should have asked for a renovated room as mentioned by others as the shag carpet ! in my room was badly stained. Only later did I discover the inadequate shower with cold water at full pressure. Excellent views of the city, spacious apt with balcony, close to large shopping centre. Restaurant at night only had buffet on the nights that I tried. No a la carte except in the barn-like bar which had no atmosphere, so I crossed over to the sister hotel right opposite to have a pleasant drink and snack.

ENGLISH: The room is a private property within the hotel. That is, someone bought it and rents it for a lower price than the hotel. The problem is that the room has old furniture and does not include the hotel breakfast, which has to be paid for separately. Also, the room does not have room service. During my stay there was no toilet paper and the hotel could not provide it. In short: don't stay in this room. Besides being old, it is poorly maintained.

Na minha estadia não tinha papel higiênico e o hotel não podia fornecer. Resumindo: não fique nesse quarto é uma furada. Além de ser velho, é mal cuidado.

I stayed again at Manhattan Plaza and was a tad disappointed. My impression is that there has been some neglect with the rooms. My bed linen was visibly frayed. A complete lack of power outlets in the bedroom is an exasperating issue. And check-in took almost twenty minutes despite having a previously made reservation. Next time I will stay at its sister hotel Kubitschek Plaza, across the street.

I´ve been staying at this hotel for more than a decade - and will never, ever come back due to the most absolute disrespect I was met with in my most recenet business trip to Brasilia. I had a free morning when I decide to work at the room, hung a 'don´t disturb' sign at the dorr... and five minutes later was shaken by - no kidding - a sledgehammer being used in the floor just above me. They were renovating with heavy machinery but still rentinbg the rooms around it! My complaint was treated with contempt and I had to yell and stomp a lot to be given another room away from the noise. The simple fact that I was never told beforehand there was heavy construction going on to me is a blatant disrespect of the most mundane rules in the business. They lost a good client, byut they just don´t seem to care as Brasilia has a horrible shortage of decent hotels. In any case, avoid it if you can or you might be the next victim!

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel in my first day in Brasilia. At the beginning, everyone was very nice with me, they gave me a good room, I could leave my bags there (I was going to Rio on work, during 2 days), etc.. when I returned from my business trip, they didn't want to give me the special rate - used to companies with agreement. basically they told me that I need to call the marketing dep. and make there the booking, also they need a prove that i was working there (in the company). it was 7.00 pm and of course nobody of the marketing department was working, I didn't have a sim card, i didn't know anyone, i didn't know the city and still i didn't have my company badge (I was new in town). So the guys kick me out of the hotel in front of everyone. Rude people!

I stayed here for four nights when I was attending a conference. The room was fine but there was no hot water from the taps and the shower was barely warm. This may have been because I was on the top floor. The wifi was excellent and free. My room was big and clean though the decor was tired. Breakfasts were mediocre. Dinner and lunch during the week were good. I can recommend the buffet which ran on busy days. At the weekend the menu was a la carte. I had some very good steaks at reasonable prices. There is a lovely little coffee bar next to the hotel where you can decent coffee. (The hotel stuff is grim.) The hotel is very close to a big mall, the earliest that was built in Brasilia. It has some good bookshop and a large food hall. On the other side of the mall the main street of Brasilia opens up and I had no difficulty walking right up to the Praça dos Três Poderes. You have to watch out for traffic when crossing, however: there are no zebra crossings.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. We did not know about the electrical adapters we would need but they provided one for us throughout our stay. Our room was not ready when we arrived but because we had just landed and had our first world cup soccer match coming up they allowed us to utilize one of their other spacious rooms for all of our family to get ready. The hotel was at a perfect distance from the stadium and the shopping mall. We felt very safe and transportation was easy to get. Thank you!

The service is by and large surly or simply baffled, the cleaning is desultory, and the food is fairly awful. I got food poisoning here. They are also undergoing an extremely loud and indeed vibrating renovation but continue to place guests on top of the floor undergoing renovation. This place clearly benefits from location and the constant demand for rooms in this city. I have of course no point of comparison- maybe other places are worse here!

Não sei se é um serviço obrigatório, mas eu precisei deixar as malas após o check-out e as minhas malas ficaram no hotel numa sala reservada.
Eu não tinha certeza, mas fiz uma pesquisa rápida no google maps e deu um trajeto de 11,5 km a 12 km.
