Dessole Olympos Beach Resort is situated in the magnificent Faliraki Bay, directly on the beautiful, long sandy and pebble beach. There food was loverly plenty to choose from and I’m a picky person lol , you have a pool bar and beach bar , entertainment for the kids and evening entertainment, short walking distance to shopping centre local buses running to Rhodes and lindos and other places practically every 20 mins , all the staff are friendly and go out there way for you . Will be coming back next year five star ⭐️

This hotel is great, I cannot fault it. The staff work so hard and are so polite and friendly. The selection of food at meal times, was fabulous and there were different choices each day including vegetarian for myself, the serving times were also very good. We had a late flight so the staff had left us some bread and cheese in our room with water which I found kind. The pool is a good size and very clean, the beach is right at the back of the hotel attached so if you can't get a pool lounger it's not far to get one at the beach. The town is about a 20-30 minute walk depending on your pace but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel or you can get a taxi for €7. I had a lovely holiday and would certainly recommend.

Overall very decent hotel but there are some points to explain in more detail. 1. The whole group got an upgrade to the sea view room which was amazing. The view is really nice. I understand this doesn't happen to everyone but if you're booking a room then I would recommend the sea view one. 2. The rooms and the hotel have a bit older furnishing. It didn't bother us that much but the rooms do need a facelift. Rooms themselves were clean but our balcony was not cleaned from sand which was a bit of a letdown. Since the view was very nice we let it slide. 3. Food is great, plenty of choices. 4. Snack bar and pizzas are also great. 5. The entertainment was okay. If you want to play pool or other games then you have to pay 1-2€. Would be nice if it was free. 6. Plenty of chairs at the beach. Definitely use swimming shoes because the beach has rocks and pebbles. Bring snorkeling equipment! 7. Wifi in our room was a bit slow. 8. We really liked that the hotel is next to the shopping centre. 9. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and the waterpark is 15-20 min walk away from the hotel.

we have recently stayed at your resort and may I say the room and view is amazing, I couldn't fault it one bit. Beds are comfy, waking up to the view is amazing and the cleaners keep the place clean and the bar tender stravous is absolutely incredible.
However the food is horrendous, for the first 2 days I had cucumber and tomatoes, the same goes for the mrs where she had a bread roll. We tried the food each night hoping it would be better, as we are adventurous people but it was either cold, soggy and completely inedible So within our stay we had to learn to use the 'efood app' we had to order food most nights and take trips to near by cafes and restaurants. Which because of this, the money we had between us had to be spent on food and didn't allow us to have days out which we had planned. So we missed out on viewing the beautiful island so much due to having to cater for ourselves. There was no need for all inclusive, We had to pull more money out our banks as we used all of our spending money on food. It defeats the 'all inclusive'. My mrs also has a nut allergy and you do not cater for allergies it appears. There's no signs to say what has nuts in?? We asked if the food had any nuts in and the replies were 'I don't know'. This is really i unacceptable as it was a guessing game. We also do appreciate it's the end of season and employee's must be getting tired, but it's no excuse.
We would have liked to complain to the manager about the cold food, however when trying to approach the manger there was someone else already complaining. He told her 'it was her opinion' on the food, but of course it would be as we're paying for the service? When the manger then approached the chefs to let them know they decided to come out to the Buffett and start touching the food with a foul attitude saying it's not cold.

Lovey hotel on the beach. Great location, short taxi ride to Old Rhodes town and Faliraki harbour. All staff were friendly and polite, busy working throughout the day. Rooms cleaned daily except Sundays. Beds very comfortable, room could do with a freshen up but didn't affect the enjoyment of our holiday, we upgraded to a sea view room, which is well worth it! Food is plentiful and replenished constantly throughout meal times. Food is a bit repetitive, but there was always something we liked to eat. Not a lot to suit English taste at dinner, but that didn't bother us as we like to try authentic food from the country we are staying in. One big plus is the beach snack bar! Handmade pizzas are amazing, and the rest of the beach bar menu has something for everyone. Lastly the hotel animation team are such a great bunch of people! They keep everyone busy with activities throughout the day for those that are wanting to join in, activities such as yoga, aqua gym, beach volleyball, darts etc and then they provide evening entertainment for the children and adults. With an array of languages covered by the team they go out their way to involve all of the guests and really made our stay an extra special one. Special shout out to Alex, Felix and Lucy on the animation team, you gave us so many happy memories to take away from our holiday. Would recommend this hotel for its location and hospitality. Would happily visit again.

We have just returned from 5 nights away at this hotel. Ignore any bad reviews. The staff were all kind and friendly. Entire hotel was clean. Amazing location by the beach. They upgraded us to a sew view room which was stunning. They also left a birthday cake, bottle of wine and fruit platter in our room for my husbands birthday-really lovely gesture:) We took a bus from outside the hotel to Rhodes(€2.50). We then did a 6 hour boat trip with swimming and bbq that was well worth the money. The hotel has a main restaurant where we ate dinner. In the day we ate at the beach bar which had delicious pizzas and fresh salads. We only did breakfast once and it was good. Evening entertainment was ok-end of season but staff still managed to get people up enjoying themselves. The room is basic but has everything you need including a fridge. We had a great time. Thankyou Olympos beach:):)

The hotel is quite good. The animators are great, the staff is friendly. I have been watching Greek dances for 7 years every trip, but what happened yesterday caused delight. very emotional, a lot of energy. thanks to the bartenders by the pool. The food is minefield walking. An excellent set of meat dishes and carrots cannot be cut with a knife, cabbage is like papier-mâché. very small menu font, do not ask the pensioner. Potatoes and rice I can eat at home. Over squids and octopuses I just cried, how can you spoil such an expensive product. I understand that the crisis and the price of the trip are good, and I was ready for a lot. In m

Came to Olympos Beach to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel were aware of this and we were allocated a really nice spacious triple sea view room with a huge balcony. They sent a fruit platter cake and bottle of wine to our room which was a lovely surprise. The amenities are very good hotel is constantly being cleaned and the food is plentiful. Only one negative extremely rude lady bar person in pool bar. Other than this we could not fault the hotel.

We stayed 10 nights at Olympos and had an amazing stay. The staff are truly friendly and always willing to assist. We had a sea view room with stunning views over the ocean. I have a few areas of negativity all sea facing rooms are extremely noisy at night until the nights entertainment ends which can sometimes be irritating. The entertainment is sorely lacking although the animation team are friendly they lack ideas and the nights are not at all inspirational. There is no kids club although they advertise they have one and I was told they are working on it, each night they have the same 5 songs for the children's disco and that is it, my 8 year old daughter was disappointed as she always looks forward to our summer holidays and the chance to watch evening shows. The decor of the rooms are very dated. However we still had a lovely time and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel, there is a bus stop and taxi rank right outside the hotel as well as a lovely little shopping centre, we walked to the water park and had a fabulous time.

Started off good Got to hotel easy check in. Room was decent and the views was amazing. Staff was polite and friendly especially bar staff and chefs. Not so good bits The food was repetitive spag. ball was on every day. We had to ask the cleaners to change the bedding she said they had done already but there was still stains on the pillows. It advised air conditioning but there was none they said it was just start of summer and it was up to there manager to switch it on 28° could have done with it tbh. It advised faliraki but it's actually on the outskirts 1.6 miles from faliraki Town. When phoning a taxi ask reception to Wright the price as they just charge what they want
