EXCEPTIONAL! We went with our 12 year old son and a couple of friends with their 12 and 8 year old children. First I evaluate the service, one of the best I've ever had, ALL the employees greet us, ALWAYS! This is more than training, it is characteristic of the people who work there. I want to report my terrible and frustrating experience at the Taua de Alexânia risort. I chose the risort to take my daughter with her friends (9,10 years old), to celebrate one of their birthdays. The structure of Taua Alexânia is even nice, and the meals good, overall. The big problem is that the amount charged per day is not compatible with the quality of the hotel, compared to competing all inclusive resorts.
In fact, Taua, in addition to not including drinks in the daily rate, charges exorbitant amounts like R$ 7.00 in a bottle of water, or R$ 16.00 in a beer.
Not only are the drinks out of the package. You pay for almost everything as inflatables (I paid R$ 20,00 for 3 minutes in the mechanical bull) and even a simple pack of popcorn during the junina party.

Me, my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter went to Tauá with great expectations, with the aim of resting, eating well and enjoying the resort with the little one. However, some situations hindered our stay: 1) Loud sounds from a company event until the early hours, past midnight one day, disrupted our rest, especially for my daughter, who goes to bed early. Even changing rooms to the opposite side of the pool, the sound continued to be annoying, disturbing our peace of mind for 3 of the 4 days we stayed at the resort; 2) Delay in replacing food at meals (coffee, lunch and dinner) and very limited breakfast; 3) Low quality of finishes and cleanliness in the rooms; 4) Rudeness of some employees, who seemed to be doing a favor by answering some questions; It is 5) Hotel manager ignored the complaints. My daughter cut her foot on the bottom of the cement pool. Clogged bathroom toilet. Air conditioning dripped which made the room wet. The first night when I slept I noticed that there was only 1 duvet for 2 double beds. I asked for another one at 11pm and nothing, I asked again at midnight and nothing. I woke up at 3 am cold and had to go to reception in my pajamas to get a blanket that only arrived 30 minutes later.
