Nicely located near Sagrada Familia, the Metro and a supermarket, this apartment was a good spot for sightseeing for our family. We were able to get many places directly on metro. The kitchen allowed for us to make breakfast before heading for a full day of sightseeing while the supermarket made it easy to buy essentials. Clean and well appointed apartment. I will stay here again when I return to Barcelona.

What a wonderful 5 night stay we have had. Very reasonably priced, so spacious, and we found ourselves very comfortable in our apartment on the first floor with a huge balcony in the rear courtyard. The neighborhood is lovely with many restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. A very short cab ride to Las Ramblas where we took several tours. (Metro also close, couple blocks). Supermarket on the same block has everything you need and would recommend Sports Bar a block away for a great pizza and salad and they were so friendly. We were so impressed with the locals, Gaudi buildings, the tour guides, a shout out to Nuri at Tuk Tuk Tours and Paula at The Tour Guy and Mustafa at our apartaments.

Excellent accommodation with all essential needs. Felt like home from home. Spacious for the 3 of us in a 2 bedroom apartment. Only 5 minute walk to the metro. Delicious cafes nearby too! The person at the desk allowed us to leave our luggage so that we can go and explore before checkin. After we checked out, he also let us leave our luggage again without any trouble. High recommended

Great location, clean accommodations, comfy bed but some online information is outdated. Please note, these apartments do not have a dishwasher or a washer/dryer. We would have left a 4 (instead of a 3 out of 5) if there wasn't a sign in the kitchen that said to leave our dishes in the dishwasher that didn't exist.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They got our toilet fixed on a Saturday night. The bed was comfy, the a/c and the Internet worked fine and there is a Metro within 2 blocks. This is a great location, close to the Sagrada Familia, with many other fine places to be entertained in the neighborhood.

Spacious apartment, good value for money, great location close to Sagrada Familia and local restaurants and cafes.
Friendly staff. Able to leave luggage securely before/after check in/check out. Local shops for groceries etc.

Me and a friend stayed here for 4 nights and had the most amazing stay. You couldn’t beat the location, we had a balcony overlooking Sagrada Familia which was the highlight for us. The apartment was massive and spotlessly clean. When we return to Barcelona we will definitely be booking here again

This very clean, new, and modern apartment hotel is located two blocks from the famous Sagrada Familia church and the Metro station in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Barcelona's famous La Ramlas is about 15 minutes away by subway. If you're more adventurous, you can walk there in about an hour. Each apartment has living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, and two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a twin), and a balcony large enough to accomodate a couple of chairs. All have central AC and heat.
There are 5 floors, each with 4 apartments, accessible by elevator or stairs. Daily maid service is provided at no extra charge. This was one of the nicest apartment hotels we have ever stayed in, and definitely added to the pleasure of our visit. The staff was very nice and helpful, and reasonably fluent in English. It is a bargain and I recommend it highly.

Great location, close to Metro line and hop-on-off bus but not noisy. Would definitely stay again. There were only two of us but our room was big enough for four for eighty euros a night. The kitchen had what we needed to make simple meals. There's produce markets and grocery stores close by and a nice pedestrian area nearby lined with stores and restaurants.

If you’re not worried about a picturesque view and can put up with a short journey on the Metro (about 5 stops to the Old Town, Las Ramblas and waterfront), then I’d recommend these apartments.
We found them clean and spacious with comfortable bed and – thank goodness! - air conditioning. Although they face out onto a main road, we weren’t disturbed by traffic noise. The staff were friendly and helpful, coming up straightaway to sort out a small programming problem on the safe. As already mentioned, there are a number of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, plus a nice bakery. The Sagrada Familia church and metro station are about a 5 minute walk away.
This is the second time we’ve used these apartments and we would definitely book them again.

My wife and I stayed here early Oct of 06. I used TripAdvisor to research this place and was a bit worried if it would be ok. I turned out to be a great decision. It tuely is an apartment with all the amenities. Two bedrooms, although we only used one. Complete kitchen facilities. Comfy livingroom, and what we always love, a balcony. We were there for about 10 nights, with a break in the middle to go to Gerona. The apartment is very modern with motorized window coverings. All this, and within a block and a half of the Sagrada Familia and the metro. This turns out to be a real blessing in Barcelona. You can get to any part of the city within 20 minutes. It's a very nice relatively quiet area. Always felt safe, day or night. The people at the hotel were very nice and knew enough English to be helpful. The first half of our stay was on the exterior, with the balcony facing the street. This was quite nice, as we had an obstructed view of the Sagrada, and can watch the Barcelonians pass by. It can be a bit noisy, but once the windows were closed and we were in for the night, it certainly was quiet for sleeping. After coming back from Gerona, we were in an interior apartment. This was brilliant. Our balcony also had a huge patio in front of it, as we were on the lowest level. It overlooked a huge courtyard with apartment buildings forming the perimeter. It was so quiet and was a nice change from the exterior room we had previously. I strongly recommend this hotel for just about anyone and would love to come back again.

I would advise you to contact the reception team at the accommodation. They should be able to tell you.
If you can't get into the room early, I'm sure they will let you leave all your luggage at the apartments, then you and your family can go out and enjoy exploring the city.
