This hotel is super minimalist but I'd still pick this over Acta Atrium Palace which tried to charged me 2x of the room rate here since it's newer and cleaner. For amenities, the only thing they provide is a 3 in 1 soap for hand/face/hair & since I'm platinum member of Le Club, I'll get 1 box of 500ml water a day. There's no desk, fridge, microwave, safety box, ironing board, hand towels, face towels, facial tissue, lotions, notepad, pen and there's only 1 trash can in the whole room, which is located in the bathroom. There's no plug by the double bed and turned out there's no AC too in the winter! Was told to just open the window if I need cold air. During check in, there's no one who could help with our luggages + somehow my online check-in was nowhere to be found. We usually stay at Accor's Swissôtel, Novotel or Mercure so this is my 1st time staying at Accor 2* and I'm not sure if this is what's expected for the 2* level.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Sagrada familia and 2 metro stops within a few minutes walk. The area felt safe with a good selection of restaurants close by and supermarkets for essentials. The rooms were basic, no safe which should be the norm in hotels these days. Large room with a comfy bed, only 3 pillows which for me are very soft. Black out blinds and curtains on the window. No plugs beside the bed which would be handy. Seating area with small table but no mirror for doing make up. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities. A fridge would have been good to keep drinks cool. Bathroom is small but clean and tidy however only 2 towels and 1 floor towel. No hand towel which I would have expected. While the rooms are basic it's the price, location and friendly staff that made this a great hotel. Barcelona is a city for exploring so for me the hotel was a place to sleep and shower. Staff had a luggage storage room on our last day which meant we could explore the city without dragging our luggage with us. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and hope to be back in the near future.

Easy check in, great location with La Sagrada Familia about a 5 minute walk. Also many restaurants and shops nearby, nearby food market a 4 minute walk plus many small food stores nearby. Quiet. Room is a standard Ibis room (like a college dorm room), small but very functional, with bathroom. Shower head is really a wand type. Good bed. Small TV with only CNN and Bloomberg Financial in English. Good air conditioning. Get the breakfast (extra cost) since it has a good selection of food including bakery items and breakfast meats, drinks, fruits, etc. and is very convenient.

This place is great. The staff were super helpful and allowed us to check in early. The cleaners were also lovely and would approach us to ask if we needed extra towels etc.
The room is air conditioned, spacious and spotless.
It was about a 30 min walk to the city centre.

This is a fantastic, relatively small hotel in the Sargada Familia area of Barcelona. I stayed for 2 nights over a weekend in June 2019. I don't normally give the Ibis brand 5 stars, as I tend to find them plain, bland and lacking in character. However, this Ibis is excellent. Friendly and professional staff, comfortable quiet room and secure premises.
The breakfast in particular was superb. At first I thought it might be difficult to get a table at breakfast time as the dining area is relatively small, but I had no problem at all. I especially enjoyed the Sofrito (tomato puree) - delicious. I had never had this before but it was so good with Spanish and French breads.
I didn't actually spend that much time in my room. I was in Barcelona to spend time with friends and was mostly out during the day and into night (up to 3am in the morning). It was just a place to sleep and have breakfast, not to hangout in like a resort, and for that it is perfect.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and a great location. Breakfast is the same every day, not a lot of variety. The rooms are space, needs a in room safe & a box of tissues as well as additional clothes hangers.

Great experience. Hotel is simple, clean and staff are friendly. Near sagrada família and transport (metro,bus). Perfect location for tourism. Good value for money! They have breakfast option paid apart and they also have a bar/coffee for you to get drinks.

My family and I stayed at this hotel this week. The location is fabulous, it is like 3 minutes away from the magnificent Sagrada Familia and the metro. There are many good Restaurants in the area and the staff is amazing. There is as well very close by a medical office were you can get your covid test done and get the results right away before coming back home with no appointments. This was a very nice and convenient hotel for us. We will come back for sure when visiting Barcelona again.

This hotel's location let you touch all of Barce's atraction with supermarket, shops, laundry and restaurant nearby. Great staffs, very kind, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with a street view. Just one thing is that the pillows are too high(thick) for my girlfried. Overall a great stay, Definitly recommend and would come there again.

Overall excellent experience from check in and my stay. Special mention to Jonathan, Valentina, Tino, and Ruben from the concierge who were very much happy to assist. Location wise, it was convenient since the Metro station was just 2 blocks away, and had a lot of food options around the area.
