Amazing value for the price. Rooms are relatively spacious and very clean, WiFi is great and fast, staff is friendly and helpful and the location is good (close to Sagrada Familia and a few metro stations). Only downside is the bad isolation of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. When someone next to you showers or flushes the toilet, you almost certainly hear it and probably wake up. But again, for the very moderate prices, the while hotel is great value and an amazing experience.

This is a good basic hotel -- very clean and reasonably priced for central Barcelona (granted I stayed during low season). The room was reasonably spacious for its price range, and I liked the wooden floors and the windows that opened up. I managed to get a good night's sleep, but others may find that the rooms are not sound-proof as they hoped. If you don't mind walking, this is a decent place to stay in central Barcelona, reasonably close to public transport and Sagrada Familia.

The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to the centre of Barcelona (La Rambla) The Room / Bathroom was very clean and if I was to find a fault there was no English channels on the television. Restaurants are just outside the hotel and the metro station is just 5 minutes walk. The reception staff spoke Catalan/English and were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite a reasonable price for Barcelona and if you do not mind walking is good value.

This hotel was advertised by Agoda on Expedia website. The quoted price for one night was slightly lower than other hotels so I booked it for 2 nights. Only after I booked, the final receipt indicated it was nonrefundable. Now because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, my Princess Cruise which would drop us in Barcelona, was canceled. My transportation means to Barcelona is no longer there. I expect that the hotel would provide me with at least a partial refund or a credit for future booking. But it stuck with the nonrefundable policy and provided no refund at all. Due to this horrible customer service, I decided that I will never book at this hotel and use the Agoda travel website for booking hotel.

We stayed on the fifth floor looking out on the back of a delapidated building. We had a huge comfortable bed and great shower in a small but adequate room. There is no bar or fridge. There is a free safe. The room was faultlessly serviced every day. There is a self service breakfast looked after by a single staff member with lovely fresh orange juice good coffee, bread, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, pastries and yogurt all good quality. The reception staff could not be more helpful. If you are looking for a basic spotless hotel close to familia sagrada this is a good choice. The hotel should be proud of their staff.

We had a 3 night stay and overall it could have been much better. The room was very basic, with a small window to the back of the building, and we had two single beds even though we booked a double. Also, the staff was quite unfriendly. On the bright side, the shower was very good and the price of the stay was quite reasonable. In sum, the hotel isn't horrible but I don't think we would stay there again.

Decent location within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia. Subway and bus stations two blocks away. Reasonably quiet except for construction work nearby staring at 0800 every morning and occasionally barking dogs. Tiny, slow elevator. The room was clean, but small and basic. It had a safe and a small desk area. No coffee maker, kettle or fridge. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. No toiletries other than liquid soap and shampoo. Slow wifi. Key cards of very low quality; stopped working twice, even though I didn't keep them anywhere near my phone. Overall an ok place if you don't spend much time in your room, but quite overpriced at an average nightly rate of 150 euros (without breakfast).

Good location not far from tube station & walking distance of Sagrada Familia. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast ok with selection of cereals, pastries, eggs etc. Could do with a kettle / hot drink making facilities in the bedrooms

Stayed at this hotel for MWC in February. Great location - very short walk to subway stations and bus stops to get to the Fira. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, couple of subway stops to ramblas and gothic quarter and great restaurants. Breakfast was not that great - simple fare.. some croissants and the like, some cereal and boiled egg, yoghurt and fruits. Cheese and spread was very basic/packaged.. ok for a business trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restroom is small, but clean and no concerns. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not much of a lobby :)
