We were in Barcelona during the October 2020 lockdown and there were only a few guests in the hotel. Hotel staff were great from beginning to end. They accommodated a shift in our travel plans due to a flight change and made our stay as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. Room was in excellent condition and hotel appeared well maintained and in good repair. Breakfast was more or less the same every day and offered a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, eggs, bacon, cheeses etc. Hotel location is good, across from the Auditori and 10 minutes walk to La Sagrada Familia. Various bus and metro stops nearby as well as a tram line. Buses were frequent and appeared to be the better option for going to Placa Catalunya or you could walk to the Arc de Triomf and from there to el Born and the Gothic quarter, about 40 minutes. Also about 30 minutes to Barceloneta beaches area or 4-5 bus stops. The 2 rooms on the 7th floor have huge terraces overlooking Auditori and the adjacent area! Definitely worth considering the upgrade.

Had a nice 5 nights stay here with my wife. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big and clean, we were always provided with fresh shower gels and towels. The bed was big and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. The not so nice things were the fact that my room did not have an outside window, just one facing the inside of the hotel and there were very small places to store your clothes. All in all it was a good experience.

We found this to be a great value accommodation option when staying in Barcelona. It was only a 10min walk to the Nord bus station and only 30min walk to all the main attractions of Barcelona (Sagrada Familia, beaches, Gothic Quarter). The beds were really comfortable and we liked the modern design of the rooms and bathroom. The wifi was very fast as well. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is not bad except for the very poor wifi (needed to move around my room to get sufficient speed to stream video). But:
1. The hotel is in an isolated place. No fast food but also no good (Supercor) supermarkets at less than a 20min walk.
2. The neighborhood is not fancy - more like a normal residential area.
3. The location is as far from Gracia as Sants station is - so it's quite a bit (30min walk) from fancy/developed places.
4. I don't think there is a lobby - it's a hotel designed to be budget.
Overall those would not be negatives but during the pandemic there is a lot of choice in better parts of town for the same price.

Hi just returned from a lovely break in this hotel and have to say we were very impressed with the great customer service from Karina at the hotel reception who was very welcoming and helped us find a smashing restaurant where we dined twice . The hotel was also great and staff all very helpful and friendly with lovely breakfasts and a very clean room .

This was booked as a weekend away to go to the Camp Nu to watch a football match. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city although there’s a Metro station not very far away. Everything is accessible from there. The Familia Sagrada seamed about a 15/20 min walk away. The hotel was clean and comfortable with everything you needed. The reception staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was served till 11:00 which was good with a good selection of food. Nothing we could fault. Checkout was 12:00 noon so no need to rush out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had booked two double rooms and both were ready much in advance of our check-in. The lady who welcomed us at the reception was very kind to let us check much in advance so that we could rest a bit after the journey and to be able to enjoy Barcelona in the afternoon.
Over the next days, we literally received all sorts of help and support, from finding a taxi to go to Montserrat Abbey to getting a take-away breakfast at 7 am on the day of our departure (we enjoyed it on our way to the airport).
We would particularly like to thank Ariadna, Rut and Maria for their kind support and wonderfully positive attitude! It made a significant contribution to our stay at the hotel and as part of our trip to Barcelona. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book there again!

Start to finish this hotel was fantastic for a 4 day city break. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with a large bathroom and shower. Everything you need in the room, including ironing board and hairdryer with tea and coffee making kit provided. The location is excellent, only a short walk from La Sagrada Familia with loads of bars and restaurants in the area, and all other areas of the city within walking distance, but there are plenty of Taxis if your feet are tired.

Stayed for 2 nights, one either side of a cruise, Arrived both days early expecting to put luggage in store until room ready but was surprised to find rooms were ready. Spacious rooms with double and single beds, nicely presented ,large bathroom and enough storage to last a week. Staff at front desk were great and thanks go out to Ariadne ,David and Mária who organised Taxis ,Restaurants and directions to various attractions awesome service.
It’s not in the heart of the tourist area but if you do go there are plenty places that reflect more of the true Barcelona.
When we return we will go back to this hotel.

Situated in a leafy street, in a quiet neighbourhood, this hotel provided a very comfortable and restful stay of six nights. The staff, especially Ariadna, Vane and Carmen, were friendly and helpful; nothing was too difficult for them.
Daily breakfast featured, among other items, a variety of cured meats and fresh fruit, including a delicious variety of mango which paired well with the smoked ham.
Within easy walking distance was a convenience store with a good selection of snacks and wine. The Spanish whites, when chilled, were particularly suited to the warm weather we experienced.
Finding a place to eat out was no problem; the neighbourhood had a variety of cafes and bars, with Spanish and International cuisine.
Quite easily accessible, either on foot or travelling one stop on the underground train, were the famous Gaudi cathedral and other tourist attractions. Just a few train stops away, was the seaside.

Port Olimpic is around 10 minutes from the hotel. In case you go to Port de Barcelona (for cruises) is around 30 minutes far from the Hotel by taxi.

Dear Guest,
It takes you about 1 hour to arrive by metro to the hotel.
Take the Metro orange line (L9) from Aeroport T1 or T2 to Torrassa and change to the red line (L1) to Glòries. We are just few minutes walking from Glories Station.
You have also the Aerobus option. The Aerobus leaves the airport and goes to Plaça Catalunya. Once there, take the Metro red line (L1) to Glòries.
