It's like the owners do not know they are in the service and hospitality industry, because they are definitely not hospitable towards their paying customers at all.
Be warned, if you come here it can ruin your day like it has for us.
The worse part was when we were making the complaints we asked for our bond and Sunday nights payment (like hell were we gonna stay the another night) which they did give back to us but they didn't really wanna hear what we had to say.
But wait, it gets worse!!! As we were getting ready to leave the car park... the owners and their teenage son comes outside to harass us. The teen was busy calling us all the names under the sun while the owners did nothing to stop him but threaten us that they are going to call the police. I videoed the entire incident on the low so I want scared... we didn't do anything. Wish I could upload video. Damn
The photos on the various websites are very deceptive but do not be fooled.

As we headed to the room the stench from the stairwell was overpowering. When querying the source we were told "broken pipe from kitchen, fix in couple of days".
The room was compact, no milk , kettle with no way of filling it, ironing board with no iron, extra pillows approximately 7 feet up on top shelf of cupboard and only accesable by using a swivel office chair. Newly decorated bathroom was very clean but the location of the toilet paper holder was above head height and behind cistern. Note this was a disability unit. The view from the room to the kitchen area and yard below resembled a scrap metal yard as the discarded ovens, deep fryers and woks had been there for some years. Took the chance to eat in the on site restaurant and had to describe requirements to waitress who asked another employee to translate.
Beautiful light fittings were spoilt by the addition of the compulsory Chinese paper lanterns suspended irregularly from them using chains made from used paper clips.
The only enjoyable part of our stay was the location and price.
Compact room. The main issue we had was with the hot water system which was temperamental starting off with hot showers that fairly quickly went to warm - like there was insufficient hot water available. Also quite a bit of "tap noise" from adjoining rooms. Restaurant service was good. Menu covered a good range of "Chinese" meals and staff showed good understanding of Gluten free requirements.
Overall the only real complaint was the poor hot water system that needs attention!
