Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed at this Caravan Park for 2 nights in a powered site with our Motorhome. It was nice, amenities are located in the centre of the caravan park so convenient for all to access. Amenities were very clean, shower and toilets all worked well. I used the laundry facilities while I was there and that was also good – you can exchange notes for coins at reception.

WIFI had good connection. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside to this caravan park is that it is a little too far out from the main Noosa hub. We had to catch a taxi every time we went in and it took about 15 minutes each way.

Overall it was a nice caravan park, but for us, it was too far out from the main hub.

We were only stopping for the night, it was in a good located for what we needed and booking was easy as I rung only 20 minutes before reception closed. We were camping with a swag. I highly recommend get a site with an ensuite makes it so much easier.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting relatives. We stayed in the Bink House which was perfect for us. It was right next to amenities and and camp kitchen. They kept us updated everyday with activities in the park for the kids to do and meals they provide like pizza nights. It was a very well organized park that kept you you informed by test messages. I have already recommended this caravan to people. Only 10 minutes drive to Noosaville. I don’t normally do these reviews but it was such a good place to stay I made the effort. Well done

The park was a major let down, and the whole family immediately regretted ever leaving Discovery park Hervey bay. We were basically dumped in a muddy paddock, no spotter provided, and no friendly staff walking around just generally helping out, not even the reception staff are friendly. Absolutely no activities for the kids. Just because of some drizzle the previous day, the kids pool heater and fountain was turned off for the duration of the stay, the pools were absolutely freezing and could only keep the kids in there about 10 minutes on the second day only. The site advertises an outdoor screen with movies every night, movies were cancelled for the duration of our stay. No kids activities whatsoever, and it's the summer school holidays???? The games room is beyond a joke. The name is big 4 ingenia Noosa, 2 big names in the park industry, and you would expect it to be average at worst. The location has absolutely nothing to do with Noosa as the name suggests, it's in the bush in Tewantin, about 20min drive into town.
Walking distance to absolutely no where apart from a petrol station. Could it get any worse? The kids jumping pillow size is a joke. There were few kids on and they did not fit on the top because it is so small. We waited, but couldn't get a turn to put our boys on it. No hire bikes, trikes or carts. No tie dye sessions or crafts. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. That many families coming in and pouring that much money into you guys, what are you basing the park around?? Not cheap either. Over $ 100/ night for a muddy paddock site.
Yes actual mud. We almost got bogged. Grounds are not looked after. Grass is over ankle height all around park. Other parks mow right after every check out, but I guess that is even too much for this park to do. I have no idea what the groundsmen do there. It's all good though when you are taking the families' hard earned money. Absolutely horrendous.

Hi Tarik, I have spoken to the Noosa park manager and would like to apologise on their behalf. Many of the activities we would usually have on offer are dependent on dry weather so it's unfortunate you and your family weren't able to enjoy these. We will take on your feedback for planning better for wet weather - having nothing on offer in these circumstances means we're not providing the holiday experience we'd like to. Again, we apologise for the negative experience and only hope we can welcome you to another park soon for the sunny holiday experience you deserve. Gen - Marketing Administrator | Ingenia Holidays

We stayed in a basic cabin, which was very well priced. For the price, I didn’t expect anything flash, however the room smelt badly like stale cooking (fish) and as though the smell had been covered up with a harsh chemical cleaner. Even worse, the toilet had urine on the floor surrounding the base, and some flecks of feaces inside the bowl. The couch was very grubby/stained, as was the carpet in the bedroom. In fact, the carpet was so old and dirty it felt ‘sticky’ underfoot, kind of like in a dirty old pub. None of the windows had locks that worked and the flyscreens were hardly good security. The window tracks were full of dead bugs. The fans and extractor fans were covered in dust. Even my seven year old, who never notices anything like this, said ‘Mum, this place is pretty gross isn’t it?’. Yes, yes it was. It’s clear that whoever is running this place doesn’t really know or care. We won’t be back. Cleanliness is non-negotiable.

Park is clean and staff were helpful. Facilities were good, kids enjoyed the jumping cushion and play room (too cold to swim). They had a kids moving screening while we stayed which the kids enjoyed and also a petting zoo came for a few hours. The park's Pizza Van is a great idea especially with the wet & windy weekend that we had. We had a "large" ensuite site, which was very tight for our camper and oddly laid out. Rained on and off most of the weekend so site ended up boggy from other people taking a shortcut through our site. Park itself is too far away from local attractions for our liking and compared to other Ingenia parks not as great value for money (have stayed at parks 2 streets away from the beach that are $20-$40 a night cheaper during same peak holiday periods). Sleep wasn't great as there were vehicles doing skids when leaving the servo out the front and also a large group of young tourists on the site next door that carried on til 2am.

The park its self was clean but to many dogs around which barked a lot. The park has one disable toilet and shower but you can only access to key within business hours, and you have to take the key back every time you go to the toilet, and when admin people leave for the day you have to have the key back to them. This means if you need to use the disable shower or toilet between the hours of 5pm- 7am too bad you don't have access.

We stayed in the ensuite powered sites. It was great having your own private ensuite (shower, toilet and basin) really made camping a more enjoyable experience.

They also do pizza nights and there’s a fish and chip shop close by which was very handy for those nights were you don’t want to cook.

Only disappointment was the pool. The water was murky, unclean, unappealing and uninviting. Which was a shame on a really hot day. Really hope they look at this feedback and do something about it.

Otherwise, really cool place to stay out. I would recommend

Cabin excellent, location great, staff friendly. Cabin was well set up with good layout, fabulous big shower, fluffy towels and even facecloths provided which are quite often missing in other accommodation. Lots of storage area for bags and indoor and outdoor towel racks. Cover over the car too. One of the better cabins in a camp ground we've come across.

Amazing place for couples, family or just friends. The ensuite sites are the go if camping or caravanning, though the communal amenities are exceptionally clean and modern. Park has a very friendly atmosphere with excellent bush kitchen and outdoor cinema.

Totally recommend, and will be back for future stays :-)
