The Living-room is furnished with design and comfortable pieces, there is a stylish sofa and a fantastic chaise longue, and it is equipped with flat screen TV, satelite channels, a CD compact stereo (ready for IPOd,Iphone & USB), and of course free WIFI.
Modern kitchen is equipped with cooktop,microwave, oven,fridge and all utensils you may need during your stay as Nespresso, toaster, tea maker, fruit squeezer etc...
There is air aconditionig and heating at all the rooms of the apartment.
All bedlinens, towels kitchen and toilet paper are provided.
Everybody is well welcome and it is perfect for families. Being a family if you need something for your kids do not hesitate to ask for it. we can provide a crib (50 € fee, includes a changing table) , high chair (no cost) and some safety toys or whatever you may need.
The apartment also has a luminous gallery-balcony where you can spend lovely evenings realaxing yourselves and having a drink. Opening the high windows you transform the gallery into a balcony.
Please notice that When checking in you will be asked to pay the city tourist tax 2,48 €/person/night (people older than 16 years old.) which owners must raise in behalf of town hall.

For your safety, always lock the apartment door when you are not there.
First, let me say that the location of this apartment was great, and the size of the apartment and the amenities were good for our family of four (2 adults, two older children). However, we were robbed during our stay. Three laptops and some cash were taken the only afternoon we were away from the apartment, along with an expensive backpack and earbuds. No passports or credit cards were taken - the robber kindly removed them from the backpack and left them behind (?!?) The owner has indicated to us that we did not lock the door properly (so no coverage from his insurance), although no special instructions about locking the interior door were given on check in (there are three doors the burglars had to get through - street door (key), foyer door (key) and apartment door (electronic key). There is also no safe in the apartment, if you wanted to lock up your valuables. So....consider renting it for the location, but always keep your valuables with you, don't bring a laptop, and triple lock the door, or the rental may cost you an addition several thousand>

As I told you, we very much regret the theft but I would like to explain in detail this point well to future guests:
First of all, The apartment is located in a premium location right next to the Majestic Hotel on Passeig de Gracia, the most famous and glamorous avenue in the city, it is a totally safe super central area.
Unfortunately, as in all major cities, robberies sometimes occur, but our apartment has an electronic security lock.
To avoid scares it is as SIMPLE as LOCK the apartment door with the key.
If you had locked the door, probably nothing would have happened or the thief would have had to break the door and then we could have claimed the insurance company.
If the door it is not lock, the insurance company does not respond.
A door that is not locked can be opened with an x-ray in 5 seconds !!
Being an electronic lock as I explained, we can check exactly day by day hour by hour when the door is locked and unfortunately you did not lock the door that day.
We take note of your suggestion and shortly we will install a safe inside the apartment and we will also change the cloth of the first door (the previous one to the apartment) to increase security.
again we are very sorry for what happened but it happened due to your negligence

Great Place to stay
We found the property through TripAdvisor and all the reviews have been spot on. Well communicated on check in/out, helping us with private transportation thru their managing company. The Apt is in a great location and less than 100 m from the 5* Hotel Majestic. Walking distance to just about everything, less than 1mile to Gòtic quarter. Neat old elevator the we used to send up the luggage since it’s too small for people and large pieces of luggage. The apt looks just like the photos and has a nice blend of modern and old. The sun room was used the most to relax and talk. It’s quiet, cool temps throughout. Spacious enough for 2 couples to spread out in. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Barcelona location
Immediately beside the Majestic Hotel, and 50 yards from Passieg de Gracia, the location could not be better. Well appointed, and well presented. The old lift is superb. Infinite number of great restaurants, and all the Gaudi sites are within strolling distance. !00 yards to the Metro

Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment in great location
We are a family of four that value being walking distance to restaurants, shopping and attractions and relish feeling we are living in a home while on holiday. This apartment met our needs and did not disappoint. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful, friendly city. The owners were helpful and responsive and the accommodations made it easy for us to enjoy our stay.
This apartment is located in the upscale Eixample neighborhood nearby shopping and dining and around the corner from several Gaudi homes. You enter into a long tiled hallway that opens to a comfortable living room with open modern kitchen and dining area. Best of all, there is an indoor/outdoor porch connected to the living area with tables and chairs and delightfully tall floor to ceiling glass doors that open to allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean air. The apartment was clean, quiet, and offered practical amenities that proved both restful and accommodating. The WiFi worked reliably and met our teenagers’ standards.
There is a small elevator that we used to send our luggage up to the apartment, as we did not mind walking up several short flights of stairs, but is available for use as needed. The location is lovely, but also functional and convenient to wherever we needed to go by foot, metro or taxi. We found we could get to many nearby sights and neighborhoods within 20 minutes walking distance, but metro and taxi service were also easy to both find and use. There are an abundance of nearby markets, stores, cafes and restaurants.

Great place to stay. There were 5 of us and we all thought the apartment was great. Good breakfast places nearby. Close to shops. Bed comfy, not too hard. Only issue was the key to the apartment, was hard to master. Overall, highly recommended.

Nice apartment in a beautiful section of Barcelona
Clean, large and well-thought-out apartment on the 3rd floor of a turn-of-the-century building in the heart of Barcelona. High ceilings and a lot of architectural details. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 1 master bath and another full bath in the hall. Kitchen has an oven, microwave and fridge. Unit also has a washer and dryer. There is also a sitting area in the back of the apartment with full windows, but not much of a view. It does however keep the bedrooms quiet since you are away from the street noise.
The only negative would be the antique elevator (probably from 1910). While picturesque, it really only holds two people (without luggage). The 4 of us were like sardines trying to get into and out of it. Took stairs most of the time - not that bad.
There are plenty of restaurants, shops and markets nearby and it is only 1 block from the high-end shopping district. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the owners were very good at responding to requests quickly and passed along recommendations for local sites and restaurants. We also used the van service they recommended to bring us to and from the airport and were picked up in a really nice Mercedes van with limo seating. I would stay there again next time we were in Barcelona.

It is indeed a very old elevator although rehabilitated and 100% SAFE.
The neighborhood community has preferred to keep the old one for its uniqueness.
The truth is that it does not have the comfort of a modern elevator but instead many guests love (and so do us) it just because it is very old :)

This apartment was so adorably perfect, cute, and awesome location!
We really wanted to feel like we lived there and not like a tourist! Perfect location and charming apartment made our trip so enjoyable. The market was a couple of blocks down and was perfect for a morning stroll to get eggs and coffee. The location made getting to all attractions super easy. One block off Passeig de Gracia was awesome for walking to Placa Catalunya, easy walk to Familia Sagrada and so much more.
I would go for a jog in the morning and felt really safe and enjoyed the sights along the way. Check-in was easy and exactly as we were informed, very professional.

Amazing apartment in Barcelona
We booked to stay here for 6 nights in January.The apartment has 3 bedrooms 2 large bathrooms there was just me and my boyfriend staying and it was just truly wonderful.So much space beautiful designed and decorated. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen with food from the local market 2 blocks away. It was a delight to have our morning coffee on the terrace and to relax in the evening with a book. The location is the best 1 block from Passeig de Gràcia, within walking distance to everywere.The seafront us about a 30 minute walk walking through the gothic quarter.It is near so many designer shops and beautiful restaurants. The apartment is at the back of the building so there is no noise at all. I could have easily moved into the apartment it was truly a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment which is in a great location for exploring the beautiful Barcelona. Check in worked as promised and help with the transfer from the airport was seemless.

Well appointed apartment in great position
A great place to begin our family’s trip through Spain. Quick communication from the owner, who also provided links to an airport pick up service which worked well.

The apartment is located at the heart of barcelona, at 30 mtrs from PASEO DE GRACIA the most important avenue of barcelona which is full of the best shops, restaurants, cafes and terraces.
It is also just 10 min walking from Catalunya square and from famous avenue LAS RAMBLAS.
The flat is inThe EIXAMPLE neighbourhood which is a high residential and comercial area very safety where you can walk around absolutely safety.
Getting around
