Really a beautiful, well-maintained old building. The apartment has the perfect balance of historical architecture (loved the balcony, floor and shutters) and new furnishings. A quick walk to the Metro stations or the bus to Parc Guell. Casa Battlo and Casa Milla are 2 and 5 blocks away. The location is so central that cab rides to any of the tourist sites are reasonable. Surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. Wifi was spotless, building and apartment are secure, water pressure great, appliances work well, beds are comfy, rooms are clean and the views are really good.

Excellent emplacement pour découvrir Barcelone
Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans cet appart hôtel pour découvrir Barcelone. L'emplacement est idéal, à un coin de rue de la Casa Batllo, la plupart des sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied, les autres en quelques minutes en bus ou métro.
L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et bien décoré. Aucune mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée, le système de check in online et ouverture des portes à distance fonctionne parfaitement.
Petit bémol pour le cinquième lit, le canapé lit du salon est trop inconfortable pour un adulte et la rue sous la fenêtre trop bruyante pour y faire dormir un enfant, donc l'appart devrait plutôt est proposé pour 4 personnes et non pour 5.

Excellent Accommodation
This accommodation is just a per the pictures and description. It was a perfect place for my family of 4 (2 Adults + 2 Kids) and it had everything provided.
This place is also situated a couple of blocks from the main areas of Barcelona and there was plenty of food available close by.
This place is quiet and air-conditioned, which came in handy in the European Summer time.
Would 100% Recommend this stay to anyone wanting to stay in Barcelona.
** Only had one problem - is that you need internet or phone reception to gain access to this apartment - we didnt have either of these as we were travelling from Australia. Lucky we meet a lovely neighbour who assisted us to the 3rd floor and were able to then tap into the Wifi to open the door.

Pleasant stay in Barcelona
Our stay in Central Suites Barcelona was phenomenal: clean and very comfortable apartment in a very central location, close to touristic places such as Sagrada Familia, La Rambla, La Boqueria, Plaza Catalunya, among others. Super recommended!

Enjoy this lovely apartment
The location of the apartment is more than great. The place is clean, comfortable and safe. There is convenient transport to all famous sites, and many of them are within walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Excelente rincón cerca a las Ramblas
Este apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca a la emblemática Plaza Catalunya y las Ramblas. El transporte público está disponible con facilidad. Lucia muy limpio. Su arquitectura está acorde a las edificaciones de tipo gótico de la zona. Existen Restaurantes y cafeterías para desayunar que se encuentran muy cerca. Muy cordiales las personas que manejan la entrega y mantenimiento del apartamento. Muy recomendable.

Barcelona Getaway
The location of the apartment to many sites within walking distance was a plus. It is only 2 blocks from Plaza de Catalunya where all the buses run. There are taxis very close in case you need one. We also suggest the Hop On / Hop Off buses for site seeing. Lots of wonderful places to eat and a Starbucks very close. Shopping for whatever you could think of are all within walking distance. Very cozy and comfy apartment with all amenities. Very safe area for being out and about.

Great start to our road trip
Stayed here for first 4 nights of our tour of Spain.
Great location. 8 minutes from airport bus stop Plaza de Cataluña and start of Las Ramblas. Casa Batllo just round the corner. Eating places galore and metro 2 minutes away.
The apartment is a mix of styles, but very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. We really appreciated the generous welcome pack as we arrived on a bank holiday weekend.

Comforabel appartement centraal gelegen
Het appartement op de 4e verdieping ( met lift) aan de Ramblas Cataluna heeft een stijlvolle entree in Modernista stijl.
Wij hadden een comfortabel appartement met 2 slaapkamers en klein balkon, grote keuken met alle apparatuur, zelfs vaat-en wasmachine.
Aardige ontvangst door vriendelijke dames en we konden er al eerder in en bagage langer achterlaten. Nespresso cups, bier en nootjes stonden voor ons ( gratis) klaar. Aan de overkant is een bakker voor evt ontbijt. Goede wifi.
Als we iets moeten noemen wat kan verbeteren, dan is het gebrek aan normale tv-zenders. Er is alleen netflix en zeker bij langer verblijf zijn internationale zenders gewenst.
Dit appartement leent zich zeker ook goed voor langer verblijf!

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, in the tree-lined Rambla Catalunya, full of shops and restaurants and close to the city attractions. You can walk to Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya, Gothic Quarter, Raval ... and besides, it is next to the underground station of Passeig de Gracia and numerous taxi and bus stops.
How to get there
How to get to the apartment from the airport:
By Bus: This is the most convenient option if you are arriving at Terminal 1 (T1). To get to the bus stop, follow the signs in the airport for ‘Autobús’. The Aerobús A1 leaves every 10 minutes from 6:05am to 1:05am and drops you off in Plaza Catalunya after a 40 minute journey. From there you can walk to the apartment (8 minutes). Tickets can be bought on the bus and cost €5.90 one way (€10.20 for a return ticket). From Terminal 2 (T2) you can also take the Aerobús A2, same as above.
By Train: If your flight arrives at Terminal 2 (T2) the best option is to take the line 2 Renfe Cercanías train. Follow the signs in the airport which say ‘tren’ till you get to the station. The train leaves from the airport every 30 minutes from 6:08am to 11:38pm and takes 30 minutes to Paseo de Grácia from where you can walk to the hotel (5 minutes). Tickets can be bought at the ticket offices in the Renfe station or at the ticket machines. The price is €2.50. From Terminal 1 there is a ‘Bustransit’ service which takes you to the Renfe station but it is easier to catch the A1 bus which takes you directly to Plaza Catalunya.
By Taxi: You can take a taxi to the hotel from either of the two terminals. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs €25-30 in total (€2.10 flag down cost + €20 airport supplement + €1 per suitcase + journey cost).
In case you need a private transfer (65€ per car for up to 6 people) let us know in advance.
