We are a legal apartment, with HUTB tourist license.
CITY TAX: 4,4€ person/day not included in rental price, and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment to all the guests over 16 years and with a maximum of 7 days.

Any Kind of Party are strictly forbidden. The guests will be very careful with noise. Our neighbors wants to rest in peace every day.
Was good to have all 8 of us in one apartment but shine taken off when suddenly asked to pay extra to use 8 bedrooms as should have 2 to every room. Surely one pays for the apartment as a whole. Gave in to our appeal. But now showing this on new advert. Apartment not worth amount now asking. Is shabby electrics are dodgy and doors don’t close properly. Also 2 bathrooms are on suite with a 3 rd one being between 2 rooms . That leaves one bathroom for 5 rooms which is not workable if have 18 guests.

Great Location, Amazing Customer Service & Spectacular Villa
I was supposed to stay here with 9 ladies besides myself but 5 cancelled their trip because of fear of the Coronavirus.
Once we arrived and contacted the villa staff two people met us at the Villa. They gave us a tour and gave us tips for dinning, even reserved a cab for us twice.
The villa was spacious a well decorated. We were extremely comfortable as we only stay in four or five star accommodations. One night after a day trip to Lisbon we returned to muffins, cheese, cold cuts, bread and juices which were provided by our host.
This villa & the staff are 1st class and you won’t just get a good night sleep, you will get an experience! The nearby shops & restaurants is an added bonus!!!

THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!!
A very big and comfortable house in the heart of Barcelona, just 2 minutes walk from Placa de Catalunya and very close to the main attractions of the city (Casa Batlo, Rambla, Passeig the Gracia, Placa de Espana, etc.). The owner Juanjo is so kind and helpful, always at disposal for any need (laundry, taxi service, transfers from and to the airport, suggestions, everything). I absolutely suggest to book this house. I was several times in Barcelona and this has been the top place to be.

Great apartment in perfect location!
We stayed here with family and friends. Our first trip to Barcelona!
Perfect location. Just step outside for wonderful tapas and shopping. Siteseeing busses just a few blocks away. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony each evening.
Refreshments and nibbles awaited us as well as coffee.
Juanjo is a fabulous host and very helpful.
Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location!!!
The location is amazing! Located on Rambla de Catalunya where there are tapas bars, bakeries, shopping, famous Gaudi buildings all a stones throw away. We loved being located so close to all of Barcelona's main attractions. The house is very large and fit our group of 18 very comfortably. Juanjo was very attentive and always there anytime we contacted him with a question or comment. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that everything was very loud in the apartment. The building is old and was being renovated as we were staying, so there was hammering in the morning that woke us up and the walls are thin so you can pretty much hear anytime a door is opened or people talking outside of your room. But all of that is forgiven given the location. I would recommend any large group to book here.

Perfect holiday home with sunny terrace and very friendly owner
We stayed with a group of almost 20 people. There are 9 very nice bedrooms and there was enough common space and also enough space for privacy.There is a beautiful tile floor in the apt. It is really large with tasteful furniture and paintings. The location can't be beaten. It is in the centre of town, among lots of interesting shops and great tapas restaurants not far from casa Battlo and casa Mila.
The owner is very friendly and made us feel at home. He did everything he could to help us.
Everybody in our company loved their stay. Thanks Juanjo!

We stayed here for two nights, and it was absolutely perfect! Great, simple space for a big group. The location was ideal, nice bar right across the street as well as bakery and plenty of little shops, and a supermarket nearby. The host, Juanjo, was very accommodating and friendly too, he also gave us our deposit straight back as well.
The only downside is that you have to watch the noise. We weren't a rowdy group but lots of people chatting just is noisy. Thankfully we had no problem with the neighbours, but you are warned that if there are complaints or the police are called, you will be evicted there and then. Something to consider.

Etwas ganz Besonderes
Wir waren eine große Gruppe Fussballer und das Apartment war genau das richtige für uns: tolle Lage, viele große Räume und genug Badezimmer. Das ganze im stadtteiltypischen Stilaltbau und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und Juanjo hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
