However, under request, the sofa can be converted into a double bed, so in the apartment could sleep up to 6 people.
The building has no lift, although there're no more than 15 steps to reach the apartment.
Metro stations: Joanic (Line 4) and Lesseps (Line 3).
From the apartment you can take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood of Gracia. A good place to wander through its streets full of charm. In the district of Gracia will not lack restaurants and bars of all kinds to choose from.
Few steps away is the picturesque district of Gracia, great place to wander through its narrow streets full of charm. At Gracia district you can find many restaurants of all kinds, and curious bohemian locals.
Barcelona's Gracia neighborhood is located north of the Eixample. Visualizing how to get there from the harbor, you`d go up las Ramblas to Plaça de Catalunya, cross the plaza and follow Passeig de Gràcia all the way to the end. Parc Güell lies north of Gracia and it`s one step away from the apartment.
Gracia is immediately recognizable for its narrow streets, a stark contrast to the wide, modern boulevards of L’Eixample. It`s known as a hip area with an active and politically-conscious community. Here you`ll find a number of lively plazas, bars and restaurants, but it`s a little more subdued other cultural hubs like the Born or El Raval, with a slightly more mature crowd.
Barcelona`s Gracia neighborhood is worth exploring for its unique personality and Park Güell, Antoni Gaudí's awesome modernist playground.

Appartamento molto carino fatto bene e funzionale. Un accortezza maggiore sulle pulizie sarebbe l'ideale, anche per l'assistenza ho avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia, ho contattato più volte Victoria l agente referente e nn ho avuto riscontro. Per il resto mi sono trovata benissimo ho soggiornato per una settimana ed eravamo in 5.

Nice location, but partly mangy
Nice location, charming balcony and OK bedrooms and kitchen, but the apartment has very small and unpractical living room and bathroom. Partly mangy overall, particularly the living room. Hard to see that it can be enough space for 6 people as is advertised.

Nous sommes très contents avec notre séjours dans cet appartement. Tout est comme sur les photos, très propre et moderne , Air climatisé fonctionnel ( très importent) , cuisine très bien équipé , matelas très confortables . Bien situé , proche de parc Guell et il y a un épicerie Consum a proximité , très pratique. Seul point négatif est manque de vantilation dans salle de bain (ni fenetre ni vantilateur ) mais rien de grave .On récommande avec plaisir

Very nice apartment in a great location,spotless clean,all essentials provided and sweet dreams(Dani and Viki) great
Loved apartments...all necessities provided...sweet dreams staff were excellent,free wifi superb for the kids,great location beautiful area.
Would definetely recommend.

Fabulous Location - close to metro and Park Guell
This apartment - whilst small and basic - is an excellent choice for those wishing to have the facilities of an apartment without having to pay out a hefty price. It is fantastically located - with supermarkets and cafes nearby and a short walk down to the metro. If you like walking - you can easily walk to the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell in the other direction. It is also a very pleasant and pretty district with lots of people going about their daily lives ( lots of dog walking!)
The Bus Turistic also goes up the street adjacent to the apartment - so you could always hop on there and go for a tour about. I think this is an excellent option - particularly if you are in Barcelona for sight seeing and getting out and about - rather than relaxing in an apartment - as it is rather tight -depending on how many there are. I would defiantly stay there again.

La ubicación es buena, la zona tranquila, hay un supermercado a 100 mts, el metro a 500 mts. Podes ir caminando hasta La Sagrada Familia y también para Park Guell. El departamento esta muy bien equipado cuenta con 2 camas y 1 sofacama, esta todo muy limpio, la vajilla y elementos muy completa, es un departamento para recomendar.

Clean & neat, great neighborhood
We enjoyed the apartment, it was compact but filled our needs well. The street it is on is not really a thru street, so it was very quiet. We especially loved the neighborhood, wonderful small cafés, cheese shops, greengrocers, etc. We noted some minor deficiencies and Dani was very prompt in responding. A very enjoyable experience was had by all!

mio figlio c'è stato con 5 amici, si sono molto divertiti, la casa era molto accogliente e ben equipaggiata, anche ben posizionata, letti comodissimi.
la prossima volta toccherà a me, sono curiosa di conoscere il proprietario Dany, molto gentile e disponibile.
