The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Pickup shuttle made our trip much more pleasant, and Carlos was really professional, helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend this property if you are looking for the best view in Barcelona, the best position to see the city from as the metro is a 1 minute walk away. Lots of places to eat and buy supplies for your Accomodation. Will be going again the photo shows how amazing our roof Terrance was

The view is an absolute WOW!
You could not ask for anything better than this view. It is stunning, especially at night. Every morning and every evening our doors were wide open. We could hear all the hustle and bustle from the park below which was very entertaining.
That apartment itself was very nice and well kept. We always look for a washer/dryer so we don't have to pack quite so much. I did a little bit of laundry each evening so I actually came home with clean clothes in my suitcase. I loved it!
The location is great. A market and lots of eateries within a short walk AND a great gelato shop just a few doors away. The metro entrance is right around the corner. Very convenient for getting all around town and we truly got all around town.
So here is the thing you need to be aware of. Arturo owns several flats and on different floors. Be aware of which floor you are getting because there is no lift. I didn't worry as I thought the 3rd floor would mean 3 flights of stairs. No big deal, right? Well the floors are not counted the same as in the US. So it's bajos (ground), entresuelo, principal, primero, segundo and then the "3rd floor" or tercero. 78 steps!! At the end of a long day of walking, those stairs are a bugger. Don't let it stop you from staying here, but be aware of which floor you are reserving. Of course I think our view was better than the lower floors, we just had to work for it.

The location was great, the view sublime and the staff super helpful. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Our bags were brought up and taken down for us (really helpful as we were on the 4th floor, which was more like the 6th given the Spanish floor numbers). Very happy with our stay. A big thank you to the team!

Great Spot in Barcelona
I have to admit, when I saw the picture for this apartment on TripAdvisor, I was skeptical of the view shown out the window - but this place does not disappoint! The view from the front room is spectacular! The apartment is small but was clean and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay in Barcelona. Full kitchen, two bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the living room. (*be aware - this is an elevator-free building) The location is great, but be sure to get tickets early in the morning, and ahead of time - for La Sagrada Familia. There were many good restaurants in the neighborhood (there's a pedestrian street right around the corner), and the metro and bus stops were close by. There's also a nice roof-top seating area with great views of the city at night, and a park right behind the building. The folks in the office were very helpful - thank you Carlos and Judit for assisting us! Arturo was also very responsive. Great home-base for touring Barcelona.

Good location with amazing view of Gaudi’s Cathedral
We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. We used the pick up service from the airport which was brilliant. The apartment is near the metro and shops so really good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were there to meet us and help take the suitcases up the five flights of stairs. They explained how everything works as there are no written instructions, written instructions would have been useful. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We had a good seafood paella in the downstairs restaurant.
They were keen for feedback so here goes-we found the property tired and a bit shabby in places, in need of redecorating and some refurbishment. The WiFi signal was slow and there was no bright side lights for reading in the living room.
There appeared to be no smoke alarms in the stairwell or the apartment nor was there a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen where there is a gas cooker and gas hot water boiler. They would be relatively easy and not expensive to install, probably cheaper than the Xmas decorations they had up in the hall and apartment. There were fire hydrants from the second floor up but how you get them off the wall and use them we have no idea. We were told that door to the roof was closed at night so no way to escape a fire over the adjoining rooftops.

Francesca, we are glad you spent a good time with us. We truly tried to assist you the best we could along your stay. Very few tourist apartments in the city has a every day reception desk open to attend any suggestion or information needed. We hope you enjoyed our magnificent views to the sagrada Familia, and the extraordinary luminosity staying in an apartment with 4 balcony doors. i have to confirm there are smoke detectors in the apartment and in addition maybe you did not understand well my staff...so precisely we of course, leave the roof door always open! to escape in case of fire.
You did not mention about any wifi problem and maybe was so easy than resetting your router. We are sorry these little inconviences you found that makes an average place for you and hoping to improve next time!! Our best wishes

Surreal View
You can't beat the beautiful of Sagrada Familia from this apartment. Apartment is well kept, clean. Easy check in and check out. Hosts were accommodating and gave detailed directions from trains to apartment. Sagrada familia has a stop for the hop on and off bus tour which is a great way to tour the city.

Superb location with stunning view of Sagrada Familia
I stayed in Barcelona for a week in Oct with my husband and 2 teenage boys.
This is a wonderful apartment, what a view at breakfast every morning. We had plenty of space to relax in the apartment and on the roof terrace.
The side street had a weekend market milling with people. We bought delicious bread and cheese.
The location is excellent the local area has lots of bars and restaurants. It is easy to get around on foot by metro or bike (i recommend it's a great city to cycle around)
It's not so easy to find and there is no all day reception, so we were much later than expected. As recommended by the owner we ate at the adjoining restaurant and were enjoying our meal so much that we didn't realise the reception had closed. Mild panic ensued, the onwner returned to check us in. Peace was restored.

Location Location Location
Amazing location, across from Sagrada Familia. Easy handover of keys and explanation of area and amenities. Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Easy access to transit - recommend getting a transit card - the City is very big. L9 South metro line to the airport is now active - so also possible to reach the airport with only 1 transfer. Appreciated the air conditioners in the apartment.

Amazing view!!
We had a wonderful time. Great location; The apartment was nice, cleaned and had an amazing view of the la Basilica de la Sagrada Familia . Wonderful staff; Judith, Francisco, Alex and Marisela from the restaurant makes you feel at home. They are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The view makes worthy to climb 5 floors.

subway in the Line 2 (purple colour).
You have just 3 stops (5 minutes)
to Sagrada familia station. Getting out the subway,
exit 'Placa gaudi' you have 100 meters to the flat.
