This luxurious and unique penthouse is right in the heart of the city - on Placa Catalunya with captivating panoramic views over beautiful Barcelona from its 40 sqm (431 sft) private terrace. Spread out over 85 sqm (915 sft) of living space are amazing amenities which include hardwood flooring, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite).
The apartment sleeps 6 people with following distribution:
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a king size bed with deluxe mattress and extra pillows to ensure you have a good night rest.
Bedroom 2: The other bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom with equal quality mattresses.
Sofa-bed in the living room: The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep 2 more.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top brand appliances. The windows are double glazed to create a tranquil environment while the hustle and bustle of the city center is just an elevator ride away.
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of 6.05€ per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 15.00) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. If you request an early check-in, the exact early check-in time will be communicated to you on your arrival day. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 15.00).
LATE CHECK-OUT (after 11am): Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us and we will let you know if it's possible.
PETS: Your pet is welcome, we will collect a 150€ security deposit at the time of check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment and a 50€ for extra cleaning.

Malisima. Cama Rota, dos colchones para armar individuales hundidos para armar una cama matrimonial. Lavavajillas roto, sillón del living roto, las luces en corto, los sillones de la terraza cortados, la heladera congelada, llena de hielo. Un verdadero desastre. Avisamos y nada... Estábamos acostumbrados a alquilarle a una empresa seria. Esta gente son de terror. Los utensilios de cocina no se pueden usar. El precio es de un lugar más que exclusivo. Y ese dto es apenas un refugio contra la lluvia. NO CAIGAN EN LA TRAMPA DE LAS FOTOS, NADA COINCIDE.

Amazing location!
Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Amazing terrace which really made the whole break. Check in was seamless and communication with the management company was perfect. Thank you!

Disappointing
Central Penthouse was a disappointing last stop on our France/Spain Tour in August. The apartment, which was the most expensive on our trip, has definitely seen better days - from a dustbin with no cover, a tumble dryer that had to be serviced, shower that sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, dysfunctional vacuum cleaner, walls that needed a coat of paint, insufficient water and wine glasses, iced-over freezer space with broken drawers! The rug and sofa in the living room and sofa cushions outside on the terrace were dirty. While sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers were clean, the throws and mattress protectors were not and did not appear to be changed or cleaned between guests. Really a poor reflection on Barcelona and a disappointing end to our summer holiday.

Terrific central appartment
Fantastic location, close to lots of the sights and great places to eat & drink. The living area is small, but the roof deck expands the usable space to be super spacious. The views are fantastic. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. The AC worked really well - too well if you crank it all the way up, but it's modern and adjustable. Check in experience was very flexible, friendly and informative. Overall excellent.
One small detail is the building has signs forbidding bicycles. This was a concern because I rented a bike to get some road riding in (the hills around Barcelona are fantastic). Fortunately I never ran into the doorman when taking the bike in or out, but something to ask about if this is a concern.

Beautiful Barcelona.
Wonderful apartment in heart of Barcelona surrounded by great tapas bars .
The balcony overlooking the square is a huge plus , views are amazing.
Paul the apartment rep was very helpful .and made us feel nothing was too much trouble . On the square there are tour buses that visit all main attractions, we found the subway system easy to use . Will definitely use this apartment again again .
