We have visited end of April/Early May 2024.
We have had an amazing experience. Despite of the fact that we were one of very few English speaking couples (vast majority was German) there was never any issues with communicating with the staff.
Food was amazing, good variety, the desserts were on another level! Even if you stayed for two weeks there was no way to try all the cakes, there was an overwhelmingly huge variety everyday! Facilities include gym, spa, private beach with its own bar/food. There are conveniently located shops/bazaars couple of minutes walk away, as well as bus stop outside serving all neighbouring towns including Side Old town.

What really made our stay memorable, was the staff, which were all very welcoming, and took their time to speak to us to make sure we are enjoying our holiday.
Highlight of our evening, was visiting the terrace bar, special thanks to Mustafa, Salih, Elvan and their colleagues (sorry we haven’t noted down all names) for being super friendly and making effort to speak to us every night and making our evenings.
Restaurant staff were also lovely, special thanks to Murat & Mehmett.

Entertainment and activities were amazing, especially beach volley & water polo with Talisca & Leyla. Music through the day and evening was amazing, with different genres everyday, provided by great DJ Mali.
All in all we have had an amazing holiday and and made great friendships.

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and there is no other way to word it other than it's a paradise. Young or small there is something here for everyone and a week simply doesn't feel long enough. The complex has absolutely everything you need including a doctor and shops downstairs. If you're a nervous traveller and a bit anxious about new places then a stay at Novum garden is definitely the place for you. If you're more adventurous then less than a minute down the road is a world full of markets, shops, restaurants and a community full of very friendly hardworking people just waiting to say hello. I will say (and I mean this with no disrespect) the hotel is 95% German. Some staff speak very good English but upon arrival you will be greeted in German. So if you're a British couple or family looking to mix with other Brits then you won't find it here. Having said that, the staff are very attentive to any needs and no job is too big or small for them. The cleanliness is second to none.

A great hotel. Beautiful pools and a large garden. Very clean and well maintained. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good animation available for children and adults. Food very good. Beach not far away with a beautiful beach bar. Simply to feel good and enjoy.
