I stayed in this hotel and loved it because of the staf. especially Indranis, the receptionist who was so nice and professional with me. I recommend that hotel to anyone in the area. Hope you will get to be served by her.

Ordered filet and Mexican Twist sandwich. In the past, it has always been a very long wait to get food to the table. This time, Mexican Twist came out about 3-5 minutes before steak. Both dishes were good, but too much reliance on generous amounts of sauce on each plate. Service was better this time - bill very reasonable especially for US dollars.

this hotel is fantastic. the staff is very friendly. the rooms are very clean and the view is great. the staff helped usdirect to our room and then recommended where we could try for dinner last night. i recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great for a one night stay in Santiago. It was centrally located and easy to get to. The rooms were spacious and the pool and garden areas were very nice. I would recommend a ground room by the pool with a hammock. The breakfast was also very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here on the way to Bocas del Toro and it was a fine stay. Comfortable and clean and no complaints at all.
There are a few restaurants in walking distance and the hotel includes breakfast with your stay.

When traveling from Panama city to Costa Rica we stay here in Santiago Panama
Its right off the hwy and it has everything close by if you need gas, supermarkets ect.
Clean and comfortable place and safe.
