Nice, but upgrades/updates should definitely be a priority soon. First, I’ll start off with the good. The staff was phenomenal! From checking in to housekeeping to the shuttle service, everyone was always pleasant and a true joy to work with. I would recommend anybody from this staff a 10/10. As far as our room goes, we had a two bedroom two bathroom suite on the ground floor. The space was amazing. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel crowded and also have some privacy. As faras upgrades, I would start with dining area and living room furniture. They are light colored fabric , and as you know easily can get dirty. Definitely will recommend either a deep clean or changing it to something that’s easily more clean . Noticed that there was some rust stains in the showerAnd the tub shower combo was definitely challenging to get into. This tub was a high step up and may not be easily accessible for all guests. A walk in option would’ve been much better. Our view was facing the water so I can’t complain about that at all. The food at each restaurant was amazing! Make it a priority to get the coconut shrimp from seaside grill. This resort was pretty quiet for the most part but did have occasional activities going on that were good to get out. If you’re here to party, this may not be the resort for you, but if you’re here to get some rest and relaxation I would highly recommend looking into this option.

Just returned from a 7 day visit which included 8 members of my family. This inclusive resort is outstanding. The food is beyond excellent and the staff is extremely responsive and pleasant. Smilie kept activities very enjoyable and upbeat from "hot potato" in the pool to DJ night outside which is quite beautiful after dark with gas fireplaces surrounding the resort. What we really appreciated is the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. It never appeared to be crowded. Beach chairs were readily available and we never had to wait to be seated at a restaurant even for a party of eight people. It was sooooo relaxing.

The Blue Haven Resort was amazing!! We're still here as I'm writing this, so I don't forget to include names of all the great people who work here! The service is top notch!!
Winslander Bodega (I butchered his name) who checks out the paddle boards, snorkel gear towels was so friendly. He took us to the mangroves early in the morning. Daphne, the hostess, at Fire and Ice was extremely kind and thoughtful. My wife wasn't feeling well and she brought her hot water with lemon and honey without even being asked for it. The boat cruise people (snorkeling excursion) Captain Doyle and his crew John and Romaine, were outstanding ensuring everyone was having a great time! Cadet and Winchell who worked at the restaurant were fantastic. Everything about the Blue Haven was good. The rooms facing the bay had great views and were spacious and clean. The restaurants were all good with live music almost nightly. Our 11 year old daughter loved the pool and all the games and activities they had. If looking for a fun vacation with the bluest water you'll ever see, Turks and Caicos is a must see and The Blue Haven and its sister resort, the Alexandra, is a must stay!
