Good to visit. No complaints. All included plus free drinks. Nice personnel and service. Warm clear sea. Good animation programm. Some may complain about missing pork but it was not so crucial for us.

I was there last week of the May. Wanted to have sea and sun and peaceful vacation-got more than I could imagine. Firstly I have to say it was my first trip to Turkey and as I traveled alone (blond hair women) I had my worries. Went there with thought I will not go out from hotel territory and just enjoying sunbathing to feel safe. After first day I had nothing to worry about anymore:). Let start from the beginning:
1) transfer from airport was only 40 minutes because it is near Antalya in little village.It was great:)
2) Arrived in early morning but still they send guests to breakfast and after that I got my room. Did not have to wait until 14.00. AS much I heard they give always rooms ASAP.
3) about rooms-they have old part and new part of the hotel. So I suggest to you ask room is new buildings ( in part A1). Rooms in old part of the hotel are little bit tired and not renovated long time. Nothing very bad but still... Rooms were cleaned every day and also all towels were changed every day.
4) Hotel territory and walk to the sea is very nice, cozy and beautiful. Hotel has his own tunnel to go to the sea (not to walk over the road).
5) Staff and personnel are really nice, warmhearted, polite and friendly. My special greetings, thank you words and hugs are going to Tanya and Karina from a´la Carte restaurant. They made me felt like most VIP guest stayed there:) They were very friendly, polite and professional in their work.
Also special thank you for the Vitamin bar girl who made me fresh and tasty juices every day:)
Management is very friendly, kind and thoughtful. So really want to thank all stuff who made my vacation so enjoyable. All the personnel is making effort that guests would feel relaxed in this hotel and would enjoy their vacations.
6) I also tried SPA. went to hammam and also one day took chocolate massage. The woman who made the massage is really a specialist.Hammam I suggest to take basically day one. Thank you for her as well.
7) food is tasty and great
8) they have stony beach but nice sofas where to enjoy sun. Lots of sports activities (water aerobics, waterball etc). Also lot of places and activities specially for children.
9) wi-fi is only in lobby and lobby is really full of people in the evening who all are chatting wiht their beloved ones:)

I took also one trip to Pamukkale. It is long drive but really worth it.
What to keep in mind- personnel is communicating only in Russian language. And take dollars or liras with you:). I think I paid with my euros everywhere little bit more than I should:)
I felt there very safe because everywhere there were hotel guards and no problem at all with some annoying turkman. Of course I have believe- it all depends from your own attitude as well.
I only have good words and really want to go back there as soon it would be possible. This was my experience and hopefully this is helpful for deciding go or not to go this hotel.

Beautiful and cozy. But...
Toilet's ceiling was leaking water.
Managers are not friendly. No luggage room for late leavers!! It was creepy to leave suitcases unattended in corridor for hours because we had to check out at 12am and our buss left at 16.00.
