A beautiful nature reserve, with awesome facilities and a wonderful family vacation trip, but the service not so great.
Being a director at a 5-star property, I would expect better service. Reservations is pathetic ...Micala was appalling, we went back and forth for a single booking. she has no idea that she is a revenue centre for the property... The room was not clean at all ... the amount of dirt we swept out seemed like it had been there forever. The worst part was that we paid R250 for housekeeping on one of the days where they apparently don't come to clean, they cleaned the room in 15 minutes and still had the nerve to ask us to move out of the rooms while they were rushing to finish up. The only people who actually showed amazing service skills was Tyronne from the guest house, he went out of his way to assist us and the waiters at the restaurant, like Jack and Vanessa to name a few as well as Jennifer at the rehabilitation centre for animals she was so amazing!

LIked everything about the reserve from entering the gate, picking up keys, and the house did not disappoint as well, loved the visitors we used to get all the time, in a form of animals. I have started recommending Sondela to my friends and family, and I will continue recommending, and whenever I feel like being away from home, I will go to Sondela.

Neat and tidy place. We will definitely stay again in the park. The people was so friendly and the services was also excellent. We like that the people who was noisy at time were immediately put out the next day. Great work to the Manager and his team at Sondela and thank you for the entertainment at the swimming pool and all the things that was going on for the kiddies.
