We travelled with our 11 month old son which crawls on the floor all the time. It all started out with a dirty room, sand shoved under the curtains, dust and crumbs on the floor. On top of that we found ants in the shower and terrace door had ~1cm gap underneath with insects entering the room. The room was just really poorly maintained.

We ended up getting another room as a free upgrade - way better cleaniness wise - but little did we know that there’s not enough hot water for everyone in the hotel. So when we were going to shower with our son, the hot water temperature never exceeded 34 degrees. We found out that if you want to be sure that you get hot, you need to shower between 16-1700. It didn’t seem to be an issue when the weather was good, but during bad weather there doesn’t seem to be any backup that heats the water up.

When hot water was working, we still needed to have two taps open for 2-3 minutes to get hot water into the room, which seemed pretty wasteful environmental-wise.

Breakfast was great, while the lunch strangely contained a lot of tasteless warm dishes. We never tried the dinner as our son goes to bed before dinner opens.

A big shoutout to the maid that cleaned our room (3004) on our last day (08.12). That woman deserves a raise.

Very nice hotel with lovely pool and situation beside beach and right near the shops and only 10mins from airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The night time shows were very good and the daytime activities were fun.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel mid November and loved the stay. Slight downside was the room, we were in a ‘Superior One Bedroomed Bungalow’ it’s not a bungalow but an apartment, and the interior was nothing like the photos in the Jet2 brochure when booked. The living area is very ‘stark’ hence the 1 star deduction. However the rooms I believe had been refurbished so probably why the difference. Having said that it was in a perfect area and had two balconies which more than made up for the interior.

Hotel faculties are great, swimming pool area always clean and lovely location and surroundings. Food, great choice if meat eaters but bit limited if veggies as we are.

The main differentiator is the staff. So helpful and attentive. In the restaurant they work tirelessly to maintain clean tables and food stocks. Massive shout out to Ana on reception who went above and beyond when we had a couple of issues and my husband was unwell on our last day. Always with a ready smile, professional and helpful. A credit to the hotel.

In all I’d recommend the hotel to anyone and we will be returning hopefully next year.
