The large airy check in area was well manned to cope with multiple guests. The staff were efficient and very friendly. Our room was great with a balcony overlooking the pool, garden and further on to the coast.

Review of Meriton Suites Broadbeach

Reception staff were friendly and efficient; parking was very affordable in the underground car park; the room was clean and very quiet with ample facilities that would have been suitable for a proper holiday rather than just one night for me; the price was reasonable; and the location was great - near the Convention Centre where I walked to in just a few minutes for a conference, and about 5 minutes walk to the lovely beach nearby where I swam in the ocean. There are lots of nearby dining and entertainment options at Broadbeach, a great playground for kids beside the beach, walking and bike riding tracks, a massive shopping complex across the road, and easy access to the Gold Coast Highway. Enjoy.

We really enjoyed the Meriton. The rooms, the position, the service, the staff all excellent. Thankyou for such a great stay. We will definitely be back to stay. It is central to all the shopping, eateries and casino which makes it ideal for us.

I found the apartment rather grubby and think focusing on your housekeeping would be a plus. I battled to sort out the TV and saw that it was filthy behind the TV set. You advertise that the apartments are serviced, however upon enquiry I was told only every four days. Reception staff were very pleasant.

Currently, we provide two types of housekeeping services. An express service for stays over 4 nights and a full service for stays over 7 nights. My partner just wanted to watch free to air tv that's all. Paying for an app when I already paid for parking and no breakfast supplied has made our next stay easier to decide. Not you guys, easy. November rate was $100 cheaper, sad!!!
