Good location close to shops bars and beach.
We stayed 9 nights disappointed that the rates varied a lot over the 9 nights.
The spa and pools were good but the spa needed some maintenance some jets not working and some tiles chipped.
The staff at reception were very polite and helpful .

It is a reasonable room with decent features and a good view. The room was starting to show its age with some wear and tear and the appliances were more at the budget end but worked fine. The bed was comfortable, as was the lounge the pool and gym were pretty good, too. The included WiFi was fast enough and the Chromecast worked well once I worked out it was on HDMI 3 and not HDMI 1 as per the instructions. I paid the extra for parking and there seemed to be plenty of options close to the lifts. It is a short walk to the beach, a short tram ride to Cavill Ave and the cafe next door makes a nice coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay there again.

Attended Gold Coast for a conference at the Exhibition Centre. Meriton Suites is only 5 minutes walk to the Centre plus it is very close to restaurants, Pacific Fair shopping plaza, supermarket and of course the beach. Great location.

The room was clean with everything you'd expect. The shower pressure wasn't great. There was a linen room on the other side of the hallway. It banged each time the overnight staff used it. It woke us multiple times over the two nights. The door to the linen room needs foam and WD-40. Friendly reception staff.

Good customer service at front desk on checking in and providing a razor. Poor bathroom design as shower leaks through large gap between shower door and panel making bathroom floor wet and slippery. Shower head had a very concentrated pattern not allowing whole body to be sprayed, no adjustment, so not a comfortable experience (but easily solved by swapping heads preferably to an adjustable type).
