I spent a week-end with my family at this gem of the Indian Ocean. The jetty in the middle of the tourquois waters rest imprinted in our memories as well as the charming hospitality of the staff.

The beach is so nice and the pier is so romantic.
Food is incredible and I still very well remember their fantastic spaghetti with bottarga created by Chef Salvatore.

I mean a place to be whenever you are visiting Zanzibar...A all in one Resort has got you covered when it comes to their very very good cuisines,a refreshing wonderful ambience with a view of the sea .Talk of the lake like big swimming pool,very warm and welcome staff.... everything you need ,you get ...Ask and get....

I have spent here 8 days with my daughter. My first trip was 20 years ago to this hotel.
Absolutely recommended.
This hotel is about 4* for the European standard. But in my heart they are a favorite so I rated it 5*. My reasons:
1.)This is the only hotel on the beach who takes care about the seagrass. The beach totally cleaned every day, so the sand is really white, beautiful like on the postcards!
2.) The food is tasty, the terrace has special atmosphere and we loved the meals there.
3.) The Italian animation team was perfect my daughter , we liked their games (specially Lorenzo took care of us although we don’t speak Italian just English).
4.) The rooms would need some renovation but they are quite big and we haven’t seen any insects!
5.) Friendly , helpful staff.
5+1) This hotel has a jetty. Wonderful , relaxing place.
I hope we can return back to this amazing place!!!
