The staff made the stay pleasant. The were prompt, polite and accommodating. Even when customer was wrong they took the time to explain in a way both parties could move forward
Room was missing a dresser and closet. Flooring were low and uneven through out the room. It felt like they installed carpet over existing flooring without padding. My room was on the main street side. So I heard all the happenings on the street- train, trucks cars, buses and conversations.

Very comfy bed, spacious room with facilities you’d need and they put up a good spread for breakfast although didn’t have a couple of things we were expecting (bacon, pancakes) but still nice! Not the standard I’d normally stay at but as it was comped for a family trip a decent hotel was a nice change, I thought it was quite pricey for a nice but basic hotel. The staff were also really friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, clean rooms, always a great breakfast. Hyatt Place is consistently a great experience at any location we've been to. We've stayed at multiple locations in 4 or 5 different states now as just a couple, with family/children, and with friends and it's been a happy experience every time.

Great location to the arena for basketball. Nice staff. OK breakfast. Nice corner room on 5th floor. Looks recently renovated. Close to Gateway stores. Public transportation across the street. Would stay here again! Paid parking $10 which isn't too bad.

It was a smooth check in and no problem that we were early. The room was quiet and we got a restful sleep. Clean rooms and bathrooms. It is a perfect location if you are doing anything at the Vivant Arena right within walking distance.
