We stayed at the Grand Aquarium for 14 nights in September, 4 of us in total, what can I say but what a great place in Icmeler, it was our first stay here and we loved it so much that we have booked to go back for September 2024. The first thing we noticed was how friendly all the staff were, always pleasant and really professional and welcoming, Sally the hotel manager is fantastic, she somehow remembers everyone’s name, we was a little unlucky not to get one of the new rooms this time but still decent rooms, the maid was fantastic and the rooms were spotless with clean towels everyday, the hotel is a fair bit away from the main area of Icmeler but that didn’t bother us as it was nice for a change of scenery as we’ve stayed in the main part before, want to say a big thanks to all the staff there including the entertainment team who were brilliant and of course Sally, loved it and can’t wait till next September.

We arrived back from 11 nights at the Grand Aquarium Hotel this morning and what a fantastic holiday we have had. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in the newly refurbished Annex and the rooms were beautiful. The rest of our family stayed in the main hotel which have not been refurbished yet - a little dated but still very clean and comfortable.
Our kettle broke a few days in so we told the manageress Saliye and this was changed right away with no problems.
The entertainment staff are amazing, there is never a dull moment here and everybody gets involved. The nighttime entertainment is brilliant also. The BBQ (all you can eat) foam & pool party was a highlight for us. The BBQ food was beautiful and plenty of. This was £15 per adult & £10 per child - 100% worth it.
The bar staff are brilliant and always joined us for a game of pool after their shift. Thank you so much Grand Aquarium for our unforgettable first stay that definitely will not be our last!!!

Amazing hotel .. such lovely staff .. especially Devrim Kurt and Gee Gee .. helped so much with everything and very friendly! Can’t wait to come back!!! Devrim Kurt went out his way to help with everything! Such a lovely man!! Our room was really nice, we had everything we needed. Anything we didn’t have they made sure we did have!!
