Excellent staff. The front desk personnel were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The parking garage was great and free. Room service at 10PM was great. Food was good, came quickly and was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. This is a solid mid-range hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, A/C worked fine and free Wi-Fi. The dinner and breakfast food options were good and at prices that I would expect for a hotel like this.

I just stayed at the Provo Marriott Hotel and Conference Center so I could give the keynote speech for an event. Scott Rugg was at the front desk when I arrived after a long day of travel. He was in a great mood and could sense how long my day must have been. He quickly checked me in and ensured my Gold number was correct, and then handed me water and let me know where the ice machine was on my floor. The hotel has many great staff members, but Scott continued to make sure my stay was outstanding over my two-day trip. Thank you!

We were very pleased with our stay at USA Inn, Wells, ME. It is an older inn, but the room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, location was great, and the manager was wonderful. He was extremely polite, sociable, and accommodating. One of the nicest manages ever. We will definitely stay here again.
