The hotel itself is fine, probably less fancy than the average Marriott property. The staff were quiet attentive and the breakfast was nice. The cleaning was irregular and not particularly thorough though. It was also quiet expensive to stay there. 3/5.

We spent one night at this hotel, and next time we will probably stay elsewhere. Nothing big, but for the price, we can probably do better elsewhere. Parking in the structure is exceptionally tight, especially if you drive a full sized truck. Long line for check in, and while I waited in the truck, front desk clerk wanted to see my ID, as I had made the reservation – never mind that my wife has the same last name, address and credit card number. The room was a pretty standard layout with plenty of room. Decent desk, built in refrigerator, coffee maker. Not the most comfortable bed, but not the worst either.
There was a printed hotel note on the desk: “Daily Trash Collection: Let us help keep your room clean & fresh. Simply use this trash bag to fill you’re your trash. Once full, leave outside your door. Someone will be by to discard and replace with a new bag.” So I guess we are supposed to go around the room emptying various cans and put it all outside? I have traveled a fair amount in the last 50 years, and I have never seen this before. Not in any country, not in 5 star hotels or motel 6. Very strange.

Ruined what could have been good. Discovered too late to notify anyone as office was closed and left before it opened in the morning. Nice location. A bit noisy on the road side and had to use the fan all night to drone it out.

Very disappointed. We are faithful Platinum members and probably worst Marriott we’ve been to. Front desk customer service needs help. We also booked with a group and never got group rate. Many other members in group and they experienced the same thing. They weren’t willing to help even though mistake was on their part. Disappointed and will stay a Hyatt next visit to Provo.

This hotel is where I stay everytime I visit Provo, The staff at this hotel is best in Utah County. The rooms are very spacious and the housekeeping staff is amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel. So if or when you are looking for lodging in Utah County this is where you need to stay it will be well worth it!!
