The Berida Hotel is outstanding. We had the most lovely stay and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The Bistro and Whiskey Bar were fantastic. Great fresh produce. We can’t wait to go back.

Dear Charles,
I would like to thank you and your exceptional staff for the personal attention that we received during our 2 day stay at Berida. Every single interaction that my family and I had with your staff was full of warmth and grace. It was a delight to observe experienced staff interacting with kindness and patience as the newcomers were being trained. The apparent skill, joy, and professional ease that each person applied to their position made us feel very welcome and at home in the beautiful dining and relaxation areas. Your mixologist prepared beautiful cocktails all weekend and each morsel of fresh food was delicious and savoured.
The day spa experience was beyond our expectations! We all left feeling grounded and relaxed. The therapists were really exceptional, their attention to detail was impeccable. They offered realistic, practical advice and products that were very affordable.
Because of the wonderful hospitality shown by the staff I would honestly say that this was the best dining and hotel experience that I have had. We cannot wait to visit again.

Took the family there for a nearby wedding. Stayed a couple of nights. Can't fault the place. Nice rooms. Reception staff good. Very good breakfast, although you have to pay extra for a barista coffee, but the food makes up for it. Good history.

I love the Berida Hotel, it is so inviting, stylish and just beautiful. The staff are so friendly, professional and accommodating. It was my second visit and this time I went with my Mum and my sister for a girls' weekend that coincided with the tulip festival.
We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights and it was delicious. I highly recommend the facial with Meredith in the Spa located at the Berida Hotel. I am looking forward to my next visit!
Room tip: Book your meals at the hotel restaurant, plus a treatment at the Day spa. The pool is beautiful as well so remember to pack your swimmers.

Very average stay, maybe we were unlucky with our room, but the place seems to be surviving on its past reputation.
Our room was cramped, curtains dirty, but amazingly it was impossible to fully close the sliding door to the ensuite and the shower door at the same time. A design fault which for $385 a night seemed unacceptable.
Staff pleasant, breakfast ok, but objected to paying extra for a coffee at breakfast.
I would try elsewhere next time.

This hotel has everything. Great restaurant and bars, wonderful food and service. The indoor pool is fantastic, and they have a games room with a Billard table, chess etc. We stayed in one of the family suites and it was huge. A great place for a family getaway and also would be a wonderful place for a romantic weekend. I will be highly recommending The Berida Hotel to my family and friends.
