For the first time stay in Fort Frances. The Super 8 by Wyndham was a pleasant place to stay. I enjoyed my time at the Super 8 and found the rooms to be clean and very comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fort Frances.
Not the best service but the room was clean. Continental breakfast was ok considering covid. Pool works but hot tub is out of service. Wifi is good and most staff are friendly and accommodating. Little pricey but it’s in the sticks
robert the night staff is amazing at his job ! he goes above an beyond to accomidate for us !!! he truly caused me to feel like a king when i stayed here !! he stored my bag in a safe room! for we have to stay for 2 weeks at a time an he truly had my bag at the door before walking in an if the am staff would have found out when i was arriving robert would have left a note for the evening staff to get it when i was checking in !!! an when i arrived they had brought the bag to my room directly!!!! between robert an the young women whom brang my bag to my room i just really feel the staff is great !!!! but they should have the breakfast served to us during covid 19 not breakfast bags !!!
The room was very clean. The breakfast food and room were good. The meeting room was clean, and well set up for my training needs. Coffee, tea and water were provided.
The Hotel had just installed new doors and all of their units and the door locking system had recently been upgraded. I was very happy with the appearance, the cleanliness and the helpful staff.
Made a reservation via Hotels.com - took FOREVER for that reservation to make its way through the system. We were lucky that the most helpful staff used our email confirmation to get us our room.
Clean, spacious room. Restaurants within easy walking distance - and the clerk gave us a coupon for a percent off at the place we went to.
