Upon arriving we stood in very long line, only 2 persons working desk, we checked in and went to room that was in bad need of upgrade, old furniture and old soiled carpet, when i turned on light in bathroom, the ceiling was leaking and when i touched it the ceiling almost fell in, called housekeeping and was told we’re busy right now will send someone as soon as possible, after about 20-30 min wait I callyfront desk to have room moved, girl was very nice and we moved to a little better room

My stay was an absolute nightmare! The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional! The hotel has a lot of mildew and mold, bugs in the bathroom, not to mention how ran down and unclean the room and elevator was. The sink was stopped up and the water wasn’t clean They also had painters tape holding the wood together 😡This was my first and time ever at this hotel! The noise coming from so many rooms was insane! Lastly, the hotel has falsely advertised newly renovated rooms!!!ALL LIES! We are considering legal counsel at this time due to our horrible and just horrendous experience! We left early could not any longer under those conditions!Andcyes I took tones of photos!

I typically do not post negative reviews unless it truly quantify in need for other people to know and hopefully the business will do something to make changes.
With that being said and let me not forget to say the room was complimentary and you pay resort fee $29.
Check in 2 staff members for a concert that at least 800 people or more checking in.
Inside hotel 100 degrees outside/ 79 inside your establishment
Cocktail waitresses look as if they were on strike and the ones I could see rude as all get out. One I heard say to customer. Not for me to try to find you to serve a drink. Last but not least get in room bathroom floors dirty,carpet dust all along the walls,thick/dirty pillowcases on bed and drumroll,pull the sheets back and a big patch of undescribable hairs human, animal I don't know but you have lost a customer. What I can say positive your front desk employee was very nice in giving me my money back check out same day checked in.
Not changing the linen had I not pull the sheets back all the way ughhhhhh.
