The Hampton Inn was a wonderful base for my stay in Indianapolis. It included clean rooms with all the amenities I needed with easy access to all places around the city. The hospitality was great and the included breakfast was a wonderful lifesaver to start each of my days. The staff are helpful with both Bradon and Janesa being very helpful valets. I highly recommend staying here, no better value and convenience!

Staff is not equipped or educated to handle most issues and rely on directing you to someone off site. My room request was not honored and my room was not adequate. Staffing was not appropriate during convention and no contingency plans were implemented to address guests concerns

We have always loved Hampton in for the affordability and the quality. This location needs some love and updating, however. The old building has tons of character and potential. (2nd floor breakfast has a lovely view.) The carpet on our floor had horrible stains and smelled bad. The chairs in the breakfast area are extremely worn and one set of automated street doors wouldn’t work. The staff was nice but I am not sure we will stay here again until corporate invests a little in the property. (It has a good location for downtown activities.)

Great hotel. Lots of restaurants close enough to walk. Hotel team was very responsive. The valet team was as good as it gets. Zack was my valet a few mornings. He would have the car waiting for me when I got down to the lobby.

I was in Indianapolis for a national organizational convention last week with a booking for 5 days. I was really pleased with the service the staff provided at the front desk and for the daily breakfast. I did not remember the ladies' names who set up breakfast, but they were friendly and attentive.
The front desk staff, Andrew, Jess, and Brandon were available to answer questions and work with service provider to restart the internet up and running for their guests. On one afternoon, I got a bit turned around on my way back to the hotel, so I called the hotel. Andrew assisted me with great directions and stayed on the phone with me while he assisted other guests. As I approached the hotel, he came out to offer me a cold bottle of water.
