I stayed here to be near Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a concert. I had a lovely stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The price was reasonable. I loved the convenience of being a five minute walk from the venue.

Unable to sleep due to outdoor concert and motorcycle noise till 2am

The friendly staff is the only reason I’m not rating this Hampton Inn location a 1. As other reviewers have indicated, the street noise is very loud. Motorcycles revving their motors on Meridian until 2 am in the morning. On top of that, there was an outdoor concert on the corner of Maryland and Pennsylvania that played until 2 am Saturday night. Thus, no matter what room you stayed in (we had 3 in different locations), it did not matter. There were white noise machines in 2 of the three rooms. Not enough to compensate for the poor sound insulation of this hotel. The other issues were worn out mattresses (you can feel the bed springs), toilet not completely cleaned, at the AC not working on floor 2 where the gym and food service is located.
If you don’t mind uncomfortable beds and ok with wearing earplugs to sleep, this is a great location convenient to bars and restaurants. Otherwise, I recommend not staying here.

We attended a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The hotel was within a comfortable walking distance
Kay & her co-workers provided a great hot breakfast. Kay were very attentive to details & very welconig.
My only complaint is the lack of self-parking at/near the hotel & noise from the bar across the street.

This is by far the BEST breakfast experience I have had at any Hilton Hotel or Hampton Inn! Kathy and her team treated me and my peers like family! So warm, so inviting, so friendly!! Like, ‘service with a smile’ and ‘we aim to please’ was top of line! I felt good when I entered and even better when I left! I can’t begin to tell you how I will never forget how they made me feel do welcomed and valued as a guest! The food was hot, quality and the it was so clean! THANK- YOU for the impeccable service today - 05/03/2022! It is, and was, very much appreciated!

Overall the team (Sara, and others) is good. I would like to recognize Angelica for her exemplary customer service. She does not miss any special requests to accommodate my stay especially during my stay with my son last week. She shared with us the area map and made good recommendations for us to explore Indianapolis. People
like Angie are enablers of a positive mentality in the beginning of a day. Thank you Angie!

I never did valet parking before but the quality service Dwayne provided ensured I’ll go with valet parking at this hotel every time going forward. He was patient and helpful. Well worth the price for sure.
