Great hotel in the heart of Indy. No self park but valet parking is great. Ross was incredibly fast and careful bringing the car around! Definitely would suggest to anyone looking for walkability and restaurants.

Lovely stay for a quick work trip. Staff were attentive and the valet servicemen, Doug and Ross were amazing!
I love Hampton inn because the beds are consistently comfortable and staff are always kind and helpful.
When I didn’t turn the water on all the way, the front desk sent a maintenance person to help immediately

Ross the valet was very helpful with helping us getting into and unloading our car for our stay here at the Hampton Inn. The lady's that helped us at the front desk made sure we were all staying on the same floor and that we enjoyed our stay here.

We had an awesome stay. Breakfast was great! Miss Jackson has the best personality. The front desk staff was super friendly. Manny in valet was extremely pleasant and helpful at checkout. 10/10 recommend.

Checked in on friday afternoon and was greeted by Ross, the Valet. He did an excellent job with service and professional courtesy. Helped me with all my luggage and my car. He was very thorough with check-in details, answered all my questions and provided VIP level service. He is the kind of valet all hotels should have to set the tone for their guests upon arrival. Front desk staff followed up with same level service to allow me a quick and easy path to my room. Quite refreshing to receive great service from well trained staff who have one goal....to provide an excellent customer experience.

Our valet was amazing. His name was Ross. He was very reassuring and made me feel safe. He helped us with our luggage and I felt like he went was above and beyond for us. A true gentleman and an asset to the Hampton. He was very knowledgeable of the area and where we needed to go.
Room tip: Use the valet. Much safer choice
