After a short Lyft from the airport we were greeted in the lobby by Elijah who is awesome! Super friendly and explained everything very well. Awesome at multitasking with the phone too! I’d give him a raise 🤷🏻♂️

Booked a spur of the moment trip to see the last showings of Happily Ever After at Disney! Luckily we were able to stay at the best, most affordable condo in LBV. Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa never disappoints. Great customer service, amenities, and super close to everything! It’s my favorite place to stay!

It's COVID!!! No complimentary sanitizer. They don't keep up with housekeeping. The hallways look better than the rooms. The rooms are dated & very old. Faint stench of cigarettes. Carpet drapery are natrocious. Furniture was very poor. We booked from Thursday to Sunday & left Friday. Room 2606. Kitchen was clean. Whirlpool in bedroom worked. Patio plastic furniture was old & dirty as well. Full disclosure with video & pix will be posted on YouTube. Unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.

I am in shock how anyone can stay here. The front desk is inappropriate and rude. I was checking in with a man when I can hear the other two guys talking very inappropriate about a women body who walked by. The check in process was uncomfortable. I later went out with my family and I saw the same employees smoking in the parking lot and the smell was so strong my kids were wondering what the smell was! Absolutely not acceptable!! How can you call this a family resort with employees like this… this is so disappointing because my children loved the pool and room but our experience with the staff was traumatizing to say the least.

Cristian B.F. was very helpful, patient, and kind. He was thorough and professional when he greeted us. He explained all the commodities made us feel welcome upon entering. I would recommend Lake Buena Vista Resort 5 stars hands down.

Everything was so nice and convenient. The 2 bedroom suite is a great family room and the jacuzzi bathtub is a hit by all! Ricky at the front desk was super nice and helpful with telling me how to book the room and check-in. I accidentally set a timer on the jacuzzi which made it go off every 20 minutes. Ricky was also really quick about getting someone from maintenance up to our room(who was also really nice) to fix it. Highly recommend this resort!
