Hotel was under renovation (long overdue) so some “messiness” was to be expected (no, we didn’t know beforehand about any renovation work). The furniture in the room was decrepit and dirty (except the bed, which was comfortable and apparently clean). The halls were vacuumed about every 3 to 4 days (and were dirty). Breakfast was okay, if you like bleached white flour! The “topper” was a homeless couple living in the truck in the back parking lot (management was made aware of this, but did nothing!)
All-in-all the room rate was about 10 times the value. We stayed because of the hotel proximity to our daughter’s apartment. There are several other hotels close enough that we won’t make this mistake again!

The living room was dimly lit and the overhead light in the bedroom had 2 of 3 bulbs not working. Overall, the feel of the room was dingy and outdated. The carpet, sofa, and bathroom appeared dirty and in desperate need of replacement. I called the front desk before I got to the room to ask if there was an oven. "yes," they said, but after arriving, I found there was no oven. Plan B was to use the stove top- that was not functioning.
During my stay, there was ongoing construction. Construction noise continued beyond the advertised stop time. Also, there was an elevator 'closed' for construction use only, but, when calling the elevator, that was the one that responded.
On the plus side, the fitness center was basic, but clean. I felt more comfortable there than in my room. The pool area also appeared clean (but I did not actually use it).

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting our niece in Littleton. We were tired after an hour drive from the airport. We are so glad that Drue was on duty when we arrived. He was very friendly and professional. Our check in was fast and he recommended several places that we could pick up dinner. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the second floor with a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dish washer. The bed was king size and comfortable but unfortunately the couch and chair in the living not comfortable at all and need to be replaced. The ice maker was not working on our floor and Drue was very apologetic and told is where we could get ice on the first floor in the same room as the washer and dryer. They have a large indoor pool which we didn’t use. There is construction going on which did not bother us since we were there on the weekend. The breakfast was adequate with sausage and omlettes and coffee is available 24 hours a day. Will stay here again when visiting our family in Littleton with the sweetest great niece ever. My wife thinks the cost is on the high side but I’m not so sure considering the location and the 2 bedroom suite.
