I stayed at this Viva Wyndham Tangerine Resort for 3 days with my family, as a Dominican I can say this is the worst resort I’ve ever been too. The front Desk was very rude and unprofessional, a lady name Keila from the front desk ( that’s the name she gave me) didn’t even had a badge with her, she was very rude and disrespectful to us and other customers . The rooms are not updated and they smell bad like mold and old, the pillows smell like old sweat and the sheets were nasty. Our room shower and toilet were clogged, I had to wait in the room for over 2 hours and had called the front desk 3 times so someone could come and fix the problem, the reason why I stayed waiting in the room was because they are not responsible for any lost items in your room, you actually sign a wavier for that, next day my room door wasn’t working, I had to spend my whole morning waiting for someone to come and fix it,the food wasn’t that great, the entertainment was okay,but the staff in the pool area was amazing, I just didn’t like the part when they harass you to come to play their pool games even though you already said no, definitely not a place I would come back or recomend to anyone.

The friendliest, kindest and most entertaining staff ever. A clean, safe and family friendly environment. So many fun activities.

Loved the whole stay! We arrived on Dec. 19th, and Roberto off the bat was super nice and ready to help at all times. Jorge, Arianna, Allessander, Nordy, Alfredo and the rest of the bartenders made amazing drinks the whole time. Gabriel, Benjamin, Florangel, and Brandy organized great events and shows that got everyone involved and were always fun to chat with. Jessica and Karen were amazing hosts at the buffet, making everyone feel like good friends entering the restaurant. All the servers were amazing; Revas and Lorenzo were so attentive and personable along with the rest of the servers. I feel like I am forgetting names because there were so many wonderful people here that made our stay super special and very fun!
