Mimos is a beautiful property, with a variety of rooms. We especially like rooms 22A, 23 and 24 (the Honeymoon Suite).
I have lead a study abroad group to Costa Rica 5 times, and each time we have stayed at this hotel for 3-5 days.
I like that the location puts us near, but not in Manuel Antonio. Being able to walk down the hill via Calle Vieja, instead of the main road is very nice.
Alexa, at the front desk was very patient and helpful with our complicated group check in.
This hotel has beautiful grounds that are well maintained, and beautiful rooms with a variety of types to choose from.
Each time I have stayed, there has been a different restaurant at the hotel, as different owners rent the space. Rasta is the restaurant as of Jan 23, and they did an outstanding job.
Please note that WiFi is intermittent in most rooms, but you can access it by the pool and restaurant area. During our stay, the pool water was starting to get a bit green, so some daily water quality checks are a good idea.
