The staff were so friendly and Harry the assistant manager was most charming. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent, although we ordered too much food again. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable so we slept very well. Many people get up early to drive to Halong bay so don’t leave it late to go down in the morning.
The hotel itself is great, it could do with some upgrading (especially the gym) but the staff make you feel very welcome and are helpful.
The breakfast was great and I even got a complimentary dinner which was really nice.
The aura of the hotel is quite elegant but as I say certain parts may need a re-vamp going forward.
My sleep was great.. the beds were lush!

An absolutely great hotel, very beautiful room, comfortable beds, great service.
I also booked a massage that was very good and very relaxing. During breakfast you can find what ever you want, great fresh fruits, salads and also local food.
The reception staff was also absolutely excellent!
Unfortunately I was unlikely with the weather so I couldn’t try out the pool because it was a lot too cold!!!

Excellent staff, facilities and service. Well located but quiet. Pool looked lovely but weather was too chilly to use it. They make sure you feel welcome and cared for! An excellent choice for a comfortable stay in the area. Breakfast very varied - for all nationalities
