Staff of the hotel was not very helpful and my room was awful overlooking the tin roof. AC would have been better located in a museum. Has a pool right next to the main avenue of town. Breakfast starts at 6 AM and I woke up with all the noise of hotel guests walking passed my room.
I stayed there over a weekend. The location was great. Near shops, restaurants and close to the beach. The accommodations were average, nothing great. For international standards, it was average. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and functional. The room had a newer wall air conditioner, digital safe, flat screen television and a small refrigerator. The bathroom was oversized which included a huge shower and a hair dryer next to the sink.
The negative was the noise. The windows have a 1/4 gap in the bathroom. This lets a ton of noise in from the street.
The breakfast was good. It included various breads and fruits, cereals and scrambled eggs.
Overall, good hotel in Aracaju.

The service is very good, with a friendly staff who goes out of their way to make the guest comfortable. Breakfast is also good with s large variety of fruits and cakes. Room maintenance requested was done within hours. Good location and nice pool.
The area is great, but the Hotel is a total disappointment.
I was expect from a Best Western flag a much better quality.
My room was big, but furniture and general state of the room was poor and dirty.
I would not recommend this Hotel at all.
We recently had the opporunity to visit Brazil with our family including 2 young children. As part of our trip we stayed at the Best Western. We have had the opportunity to travel around the world and must say the Best Western exceeded our expectations. it was great value, very clean, great staff and a great location close to the beach and the busy Aracaju strip of activity. We also found the hotel very private. If you can afford the pent house suite it is worth the extra money. The view is spectacular and the balcony large and very private. Our room was simply furnished with basic furniture but are clean and comfortable. You could easily spend a week their. The beach is large and the strip has many activities.
