Attentious Staff, amazona breakfast, clean facilities, good location. Worth its while! The shower is perfect, and so is the bed. I stayed in order to attend to a congress in salto, and was able to get there in 15 minutes. A potty we have to leave the car to ring the doorbell so that someone opens the garage.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpfull in managing your stay comfortable. The room had a great air conditioning and was very clean. The swimming pool outside is worthwhile to try. Breakfast is served every morning and consists of diverse sorts of fruit and bread. If you plan to visit Itu, choose this hotel then!
This hotel is very simple. Rooms and breakfast are ok.
Entrance to the parking lot is difficult, as you need to get off the car, ring the bell and ask them to open the door. The parking spots are very small too. Bigger ones are not covered.
My room was very near the entrance and I could hear the night staff talking on the phone and to each other as they were inside the room.

Agradeço a sua hospedagem conosco e as críticas construtivas. Nosso estacionamento será reformado agora no segundo semestre, a casa localizada no terreno está impossibilitada judicialmente de ser demolida há 4 anos, porém agora nós iremos demolir sob um novo acordo.
O sr ficou no quarto 120, ao lado da recepção. Encomendamos uma porta anti ruído para ser colocada no corredor que liga a recepção a esses quartos, infelizmente o fornecedor não entregou o produto e agora estamos procurando um novo fornecedor. Com a porta instalada, a vazão de ruídos seria mínima.
Caso volte para Itu, gostaríamos de recebe-lo novamente para apagar a má impressão, colocando em um apto melhor, longe do barulho e oferecendo o nosso outro estacionamento que é mais organizado e de fácil acesso.

Really well located, good breakfast, nice rooms, nice pool! Polite staff!! The only thing could be a bit better is that they should have a lift, not easy to have kids running around with those stairs !!

Gostaríamos de agradecer a sua hospedagem conosco, os elogios e sugestões recebidas.
Atualmente estamos com um projeto para a instalação de elevador, porém como é algo mais complexo estamos conversando com o engenheiro e os bombeiros locais. Imaginamos que até o final do ano seja possível a instalação do elevador nas dependências do hotel, realmente é algo que muitos hóspedes estão pedindo.
