I book 2 rooms for 4 adult and we are brother & sisters, i talked to staff to just put us in 1 room and I will pay extra , it was not accommodated, so it ended the other room was not used Secondly , the toilet flush wont work, they send somebody and brought 1 pail to used for flushing the toilet, it was a messed.

Fortunately, I have been traveling for years, and I have never experienced a situation like the one I just went through. No matter how nice a hotel is, if the service is not only as bad but as violent as the situation I just experienced, everything else is useless. Unfortunately I had a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago and that's why I decided to pay more than my budget could and come to a good hotel. Due to the wounds, some stains have remained on the sheets. I wanted to pay 2700PHP (€45). I asked to be shown the hotel regulations where it indicated that this type of stain should have a penalty since the room was spotless and nothing was broken, and the list of laundry prices because it seemed excessive to me (more than what the hotel paid). evening). When an employee brought the laundry rates to the manager, he brought mine and the break prevented him from seeing. I said if I couldn't prove what I was going to pay I couldn't do it. They called THE MILITARY to keep me in the hotel. I had the transfer at 8.30am because I had a flight and it was 8.50am and I was still being held until I paid, some prices written in their hands without any type of proof of anything. With total violence and impunity. An excessive treatment due to SOME STAINS ON A SHEET FROM A WOUND. Unpresentable. Go to other hotels where people do want their clients to leave satisfied.
Hotel is small & quaint. Recently refurbished so most of items are fully equipped and in working condition.
Front desk staff, Geneva, provided a personalized touch, good job!
Located in busy main road, just ignore the sound of constant traffic. Had a pretty good sleep.
Good location as it's near to airport & slightly further from the city. Saves the time stuck in peak period traffic.

Awesome service and friendly employees, always willing to help. Pick up & drop off to the airport is always on time. Food is delicious, and the rooms are always clean. Highly recommended to stay here if you decide to travel to Cebu.

We only stayed two nights on our return from Bantayan, on our way to Boracay. The close proximity to the airport made bit a good selection. They had a small restaurant downstairs which was ideal, in that we didn’t have to go out to eat. The food was quite good. We found the breakfast to be lacking a bit, as there wasn’t a big selection to choose from. The room was small, but comfortable.
We had a problem with the hot water to the shower. They tried to fix, unsuccessfully. There were no power points on the bench to change the phone. They provided a shuttle service to the airport. Overall it was ok. Would probably stay there again.
