Had a week with friends, loved this hotel! We had a duplex room with 2 bathrooms. It was amazing! What made it for us was the pier and the cabanas, brilliant ! and the staff on the pier are so hard working and friendly. Food was lovely , and we tried the Italian as well, definitely worth a visit. You can walk into old town via the promenade or get a taxi for 10 euros, again well worth a visit. Overall I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10. What would make it more would be if the beach bar was open in the evening. We will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Would not return again! Came for our honeymoon and were sold with how luxury and fun everything sounded. The place looks beautiful, is exceptionally clean, and the bar and cleaning staff are lovely, but the rest was a let down. We paid more for a swim up room, and having paid for this upgrade many times and the pool was always private for use only by the people who have the rooms. But instead despite there being 3 other pools, this one everyone was allowed to use. We even had people use our patio numerous times to sunbathe. Quite a fright to see when you wake up and look outside!! This also means you can never have your curtains open to admire the view as everyone who is there can stare in. We did complain once about the fact that our patio door didn’t lock, and one about the vile smell of sewerage in the room but the reception staff had no idea what we were saying despite being assured they speak great English. We ended up leaving it as the few times we complained we were asked to come back later. Food was ok, we didn’t like it as there was no variety and quite tasteless. We wanted to try some authentic flavourful food but it wasn’t. We read there was 3 a La Carte options when we booked, when we went to reserve we were only given the option of 2. The spa is extortionate price! Never seen massages and treatments so expensive. Triple the price of the uk!! There’s not a lot of choice of alcohol options despite claiming to be 5 star, and service can be a bit slow.
The room itself was very nice, and the resort too and clean. Just a pity about the rest. We ended up paying to go out for dinner and drinks a few times so we weren’t stuck eating/drinking the same few things. You are pressured to spend more money constantly here by the way. When you book your dinner table, you’ll be pressured to buy flowers (at over €80) if you need sun cream or any other essentials, the shop on site will sell for €20!! And there’s also 2 shops selling fakes, a jeweller and a glasses shop that will hound you to come in and shop, they’re all on the corridors that leads to the buffet so you can never escape them. Absolutely not a luxury 5 star experience at all. Entertainment said karaoke, entertainment, bands etc but in the 7 nights we were there it was 7 nights of bands playing Turkish, Russian and German music , and one magic show. No dancing , no karaoke or interactive activities.

Overall a very good experience at this hotel with lots of positives. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms were really clean. Duplex room was great with shower and toilet on each floor. Wide selection of food at multiple snack bars and enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant. Deserts look great but were all tasteless so ate water melon every day instead. Gym was great but could do with a Wattbike or decent exercise bike. The biggest negative I have is the hotel energy saving. The main building air conditioning is either turned off or hardly on. Not very nice sat around the bar areas feeling uncomfortably hot. Had to return to my room a few times as it was cooler there. Throughout the hotel the lights are activated by movement. If you need the toilet the light goes out after 5 to 10 seconds which is ridiculous. The Italian A La Carte wasn't the best. The hot food was cold and the Tiramasu was tasteless and piled with powder on top. Steak was nice though. If you're expecting a top of the line 5* Hotel this isn't the hotel for you due to these small negatives. If you can get a good deal go for it but the negatives would make me look elsewhere next time.
