Well what can I say, all the great reviews about the hotel are true. This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful hotel and we can't wait to come back. From moment you walk in your treated like a king, the check in process nice amd simple, food service was on when we arrived so they told us to leave our bags and make our way to get food. When I came back they helped carry my bags to the room.

The food has something on offer for everyone at anytime even the fussy eaters like me, the grill is always a must at anytime and the Al le carte service is top notch also. There's also the burgers bar where it varys from day to day but grilled chicken and chicken kebab can be found there also

The rooms are clean and spacious even for a family of 4, towels changed and rooms cleaned daily and what a wonderful job they do, the room is spotless.
The bar is well stocked and again caters to all, this is where you also get your Ice cream from. The bar staff are always willing to help, from the wonderful ilya to Muhammed and the rest of the staff there who always go above and beyond to help you. If you want drinks not on menu such a imported spirits or cider this will be charged to your room as they don't accept cash at the bar, but there is still plenty for everyone there. Bob need to be manager of the entertainment what a lovely young man he is, cant do enough for you, always trying to engage everyone and get them involved in the activities. The lady in the kids club aswel was great with the youngest member of the family from face painting to fun activities.

There's are 2 pool areas one in main complex has a kids pool with little slide init, couldn't keep the youngest out of there. There is a second pool and the water slides that are located next to the burger bar, well worth a visit. Also a nice little play park for the kids also.

Also there's a mini Market at the hotel aswel as a few bigger supermarkets near by such as the migros jet which is the Turkish lidl, always a bargain in their. Also abdulu on the photography was fantastic, we won a free photo from the bingo but we ended up buying more as he got some absolutely cracking shots of the kids. Also if you fancy a change for something to eat, have a drink or to watch sport I can't recommend safran highly enough, yusef who owns the place is a superb chef, does a mean fry up and there's always a warm welcome guaranteed for anyone, his wife anette is the host when you walk in and they truly are an amazing place if you fancy a change. Even do sisha and the daiquiris are something else.

And last but not least to the wonderful zafer, osman and serkan, from first time we walked into hotel a few years ago, they have been nothing but kind, beautiful people who can't do enough for you. They have made the place feel like a second home to us. They never pass always stop for a chat, my kids even run up to them for a hug they are such genuine lovely kind people who really make the hotel what it is along with all the other wonderful staff and if you have any problems then they will always go above and beyond to help. Thank you again for everything can't wait to come back already.
