Just returned after a weeks holiday in this fantastic hotel,and I can honestly say its the best hotel iv ever stayed in from the delicious food to the most helpful and friendly staff and hotel is spotless,we were a family of 7 with 2 children aged 7 and 19 months and nothing was too much trouble for the staff,we will definitely be returning, see you all soon 😍❤️

My wife and I recently spent a week holidaying at this hotel.

Two very positive experiences given that this is a 3-star hotel; flight times are lousy for Glasgow during the summer season, however when we arrived at 1am food had been set aside for us and one of the smaller bars kept open for a brief period to allow us to grab a drink. Secondly, when we were leaving for our transfer back to Antalya airport, on request one of the managers kindly opened La Sera restaurant prior to the 6pm start to allow us to grab a relaxed sit down meal.

Both instances of flexibility by hotel staff were very much appreciated and ensured we started and ended our holiday here on a high note.

The rooms in F block are small and compact, but this should be seen as an advantage particularly during the summer as the aircon takes much less time to cool the room. The room was spotless and the room cleaning faultless. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained and pleasant to view. The main pool can get a little boisterous with kids, but this is rightly a family orientated hotel and there is a quieter pool in the other complex beside the snack bar. There was never an issue getting loungers either.

The all inclusive food at this hotel is most excellent, particularly their Turkish night on a Sunday. The snack bar also provides quality food throughout the afternoon. The variety and quality of alcoholic beverages and the cocktailed provided was very good.

The entertainment is typical of a 3-star however the animation staff were consistently friendly and requesting involvement/ providing inclusion in activities throughout the day without being over zealous.

The biggest credit to this hotel are its staff. They were all very friendly, hard working and attentive towards us. A special mention to Aydin working in the main restaurant who was extremely industrious.

We hope to be back in the Autumn circumstances permitting!

Absolutely fantastic staff, very clean at all times, food is exceptional for all inclusive,
4 pools, water slides, turkish spa (see Mustafa, a lovely fella),
Bar staff are v friendly and caring,
10/10 to restaurant team,
Only let Down is Entertainment
Base music around pool, (can't relax, but we found a quiet corner behind bar) often on an evening 2030-2115 and nothing else, one exception is Omaywa he plays great music when allowed to, and so genuinely friendly.10/10
I would definitely recommend a stay here
And hopefully will be returning
